Well it's been 2 hours (and im sure support said they would reply within two hours when I contacted them) and origin support hasn't given me a pc code yet, I just gave away the Xbone code to a friend instead of waiting, hopefully one day origin will get back to me and give me a code for the correct platform or maybe not if they see that the xbox one code has been redeemed.

Just go to help on ea.com and follow the instructions.

They'll swap it within 2,hours.
