For you guys that opened a support ticket with EA due to getting an xbone code and not a PC one, how long did it take? I created the ticket an hour ago and haven't heard anything. I know they said up to two hours but it seemed like people were getting them a lot quicker than that.

Strange, their servers are pretty slow for me. They reported something way beyond what I'm capable of downloading, something like 15MB/s. I'm on 30mbit, so usually peak at a little over 3MB/s with overhead. Watching my router's bandwidth monitor It's a pretty consistent 16-17mbit which is decent I guess, but I consistently pull better than that one Steam.

Happened to me last night. After twenty minutes of freaking out, I looked at the very, very ass end of my Games & Apps, and there it was. Instead of popping up in the front, it was the very last thing listed. Go check, if you haven't.

so i did check before going to support and it wasnt there, could be it takes awhile for it to show up after booting xbox one, mine was on for about 20 minutes before i checked and it never showed
