Choose demo and codes, then write eligibility then go to chat. May take half an hour of waiting (they're getting slammed) but it should work.

Do these instructions, it's your best chance. EA chat has a very high chance of adding the game to Origin just ask them to do it.

(probably worth letting your origin account flag confirmation come through before sharing your old code)
