I had that issue in Firefox, switched to Chrome and it gave me an updating time.

Yes it is it just doesn't always show up due to high traffic, choose origin as the game and refresh at the page.

Choose demo and beta, then write eligibility then go to chat. May take half an hour of waiting (they're getting slammed) but it should work.

Had to wait over an hour but was successful from the EA chat, the customer service guy gave it to me pretty much right away with zero hassle.

Of course right as I get the code, the Titanfall MP servers go down so can't play it anyway...
