I went around it by getting into live chat by clicking the origin option instead of picking a game.

Just wanted to say that I was successful using the EA live chat as well. Really nice people there and they will always add the game to your library. Guess they know that only the most dedicated people would try that.

If you signed up for the Xbox One Beta and got a PC code (or vice versa) contact support. They will trade your codes.

Choose demo and beta, then write eligibility then go to chat. May take half an hour of waiting (they're getting slammed) but it should work.

Just tell them you want the game added to Origin or a code for xb1

He said hello and I was just politely asking for one after wishing him a happy Valtentine's Day. The guy I talked to was really nice and said that he was sorry that I didn't get into the so far and then he added it to my library and was sticking around until I confirmed that it was there.

So just be direct and ask them politely, they'll help you out. Kind of weird... I'm starting to like EA again..

Also, I'm noticing all the people who got a code for the wrong platform applied for a PC code and then got an Xbox One code. Me an a bunch of other people are trying to exchange Xbox One codes for PC codes but I see no one trying to exchange the other way around.
