No, it started counting down. Then a few times it said, 'your wait time may be over 60 minutes', and then it went back down to where it was before. It took me about 50 minutes total.

Nope not for me, started at 55-60, went down to 10-15, back up to 60+, now it's at 55-60. After 50 minutes of waiting.

I did even worse thing with their support.
I sent them an email by contact page/titanfall/pc , wrote that my titanfall beta is in my games list, but won't start downloading (i lied brutally) and they responded very quickly with information that I should try again, everything's fine with my beta now, pepare for titanfall
