Instead of picking a video game as the reason for your contact inquiry, pick the tab that says origin. Then you will get thru to live chat, because they cannot shut down chat if you have a question about origin.

They are giving away keys left, right and center. I first created a ticket asking for Xbox One key, then I thought that was too slow and went through chat. They gave me 2 keys in chat, one for me and one for my friend. Then 5min ago I receive 3rd key for the ticket I created that I already gave away. Just go through chat or ticket, there is 99% chance you will get beta.

They flat out gave me an Xbox One beta code. Just ask nicely and they will give you one. All I said was "Happy Valentine's Day," "I was hoping to be able to get a Titanfall Beta Code for Xbox One." And the guy (Pranit) said "Sure, no worries."

And then I downloaded it and now just waiting for the servers to come back online. Vince says it might be within the hour.
