So it's instant KO on all characters for the vast majority of all players. Got it.$10 on "instant KO" meaning "kills a lightweight at 0% if they don't DI at all"
Now I'm slightly miffed that I can't find a Reyn variant of this meme on Google Image Search.
Are you saying all characters are lightweight, and that the vast majority of players leave the control stick in the neutral position when being hit?So it's instant KO on all characters for the vast majority of all players. Got it.

The dream is dead.
I hope that that screenshot means that front Star KOs are back to the 64 style instead of the Melee/Brawl crash against the screen (those were a little out of character for Smash bros, IMO)Look like some people mightn't noticed my post. Star KO will be in Smash 4 since it is Smash's traditional features.
Please take a look at this trailer, and you will noticed that there are no Star KO in this trailer because they had it turned off for trailers sake.

Also We have Screen K.O., so I'm pretty sure that it meant that Star KO is still in the game.

No I'm saying it'll be as strong Ike's Eruption (instant KO without DI on most stages, KO at 5% when charged to Stage 8 with DI) and theprodigy is showing his competitive bias against Smash4 again.

I'm curious, how was the feedback on GAF concerning the unveiling of the final Brawl roster? People everywhere else seem to be just as delusional about roster inclusions as they were during Brawl and seem to be setting themselves up for big meltdowns. Smash boards in particular seems like they are really asking for disappointment.
It seems the GAF Smash community for the most part is just glad to get some new characters to try out, which is nice, rather than loading shotguns for if Sakurai doesn't add that 7th or 8th Mario or Zelda character.
did you see the Lucario thread?
No, I saw a Lucario wall of shame image, but I didn't see too many GAF excerpts in it.
Literally nothing actually. Completely different movesetWow... Didn't think it was popular to think Mewtwo chances and Lucario were correlated. What the hell do they have to do with each other besides a charge up pulse attack? With that logic Samus shouldn't have come back either.
He never claimed to know all of the newcomers.
They "fall" between the stage and the screen while spinning in a helpless animation and the Star KO voice clip would play, Kirby and Jigglypuff would be facing the camera (as they normal Star KO animation, teary eyes and all). Also Kirby keeps his copied ability, Falcon Kirby or Samus Kirby was too hilarious to watch.Refresh my memory how exactly where their 64 counterparts?
He doesn't have to when it is a given....?He never claimed to be a leaker either =P
So, for newcomers:
- Villager
- Mega Man
- Wii Fit Trainer
- Rosalina & Luma
- Little Mac
- Diddy & Dixie
- Yoshi & Baby Mario
- Takamaru
- Chrom & Lucina
- Palutena
- Impa
- Ridley
- Mii
- Pac-Man
- F-Type *
* F-Type is from Stunt Race FX, and animates like an old-timey cartoon!
Character Select screen has 50 slots: All 35 from Brawl (including two vet/newcomer hybrids, Diddy and Yoshi); Mewtwo returns from Melee; the other 13 newcomers; and Random.

Jill Dozer should be in because why not

Ok, that's fair and reasonable then. Carry on.No I'm saying it'll be as strong Ike's Eruption (instant KO without DI on most stages, KO at 5% when charged to Stage 8 with DI) and theprodigy is showing his competitive bias against Smash4 again.
Sure, but Wii Fit Trainer and Villager are far from a coincidence. Can still be pretty much a coincidence
Little Mac was an "easy one" considering how many people mentioned him
Sure, but Wii Fit Trainer and Villager are far from a coincidence.
Sure, but Wii Fit Trainer and Villager are far from a coincidence.
Villager and Mii comes from the interview that Sakurai said that they wanted to include then (and Nintendog ?) in the game but he could not since they are from not violent franchises...
Mac is an easy guess, Pac is an easy guess
Villager and Mii are "Sakurai does what he want now" guess
Wii Fit is the luck guess
everything togheter is just coincidence
all characters are lightweight now?
damn
Ike's Eruption does not kill at 0%, and besides I'd assume Little Mac's move has far less charge time than that
edit: and lmao at "competitive bias against Smash 4"
It is a given because so many people have him on their wishlists? That logic makes no sense. How many people have Ridley on their wishlists (mine as well)? Is it a given? Can still be pretty much a coincidence

No it's not, but you can convince yourself that anyways.Villager and Mii comes from the interview that Sakurai said that they wanted to include then (and Nintendog ?) in the game but he could not since they are from not violent franchises...

And the follow-up post after the reveal on Gematsu: http://gematsu.com/2013/06/wii-fit-trainer-joins-super-smash-brosMy unlikely predictions: Little Mac, Pac-Man, Animal Crossing Guy, Mega Man, Wii Fit Trainer, Mii.

"In the air, however, Mac is clearly out of his element. Do your best not to get launched!"
From the way his hand is facing and the streak of wind in the air I think it's pretty clearly some kind of backhanded swipe, similar to the forward-air that we saw. This looks like Ryu's jump jab

A stage 8 Eruption is Ike's most powerful attack, and it is strong enough to OHKO the majority of the characters in Brawl under usual circumstances. For example, only Bowser, Donkey Kong, Snake, King Dedede, Ganondorf, Ike, Captain Falcon, and Link can survive a stage 8 Eruption on Final Destination at 0% without DI or Momentum Canceling.
http://www.ssbwiki.com/Eruption
Guess the wiki must be lying then.
Saw the video, why the heck is stage 8 more powerful than stage 9? Reawrds the player for timing it right before it hurts Ike?
Before E3, IntelliHeath held a roster prediction contest, and over 120 members participated. Here are the percentages guessed on the now-confirmed "leaked" characters:Villager and Mii comes from the interview that Sakurai said that they wanted to include then (and Nintendog ?) in the game but he could not since they are from not violent franchises...

An anonymous source emailed Sal Romano the week before E3 saying that Villager, Wii Fit Trainer, Little Mac, Mii, Mega Man, and Pac-Man would be revealed for Smash Bros., and Sal Romano shared that information. The original source/"leaker" isn't the person who posted the smiley face; that was Sal, the person who received the email. He also never claimed to be a leaker at all, or did I miss something? If I would be him and would have guessed as good as he did, I would also follow that up with a mysterious "" posting, sit back and watch the people in here go wild. I'm not saying he's a fraud or something, but as far as I know, he didn't even claim to have real information. Maybe I'm not up to date or we're talking about somebody else, though.
Oh, so Sal has since revealed how he obtained his information? Neat.An anonymous source emailed Sal Romano the week before E3 saying that Villager, Wii Fit Trainer, Little Mac, Mii, Mega Man, and Pac-Man would be revealed for Smash Bros., and Sal Romano shared that information.
