No, I think that's definitely why he switched over to Japanese. That said, I'm still not sure that he would be able to accurately comprehend a lot of the stuff that gets posted on GAF--especially seeing as many of us are native English speakers and frequently use sarcasm, slang, and other difficult-to-decipher linguistic tools.

Not too keen on any more sword fighters. Takamaru sound fairly interesting but I still feel we are prett covered in that vein. We also have quite a few ranged characters (samus, megaman, spaces to a degree) I posted this earlier but I think we are overdo for a wrestling based fighter. My personal hope (although it's the longest of shots) is Hawlucha to satisfy new pokemon/contemporary game/dat luchador fighting style/ strong aerial fighter. Despite all those things going for him it won't happen. Anyone else got any potential fighters with a wrestling or grappling based moveset? We do have some precedence of having other moves also be grabs in addition to normal grab (Ganondorf choke, bowser claw attack at short range, etc) I know there was an old NES title with wrestling that is fairly popular(?)
Also, simon and a whip based moveset sounds interesting but I fear ZSS covers that niche already.
Also, who is dillon and what would his moveset/play style be like? (Pics would help, I'm lazy and don't want to read a bunch of wiki's)

He's an armadillo cowboy from a couple downloadable 3DS Tower Defence-esque games (Dillon's Rolling Western 1 & 2). His moves would involve a lot of rolling - that's how he gets around - and a lot of setting traps, like turrets and such. He doesn't carry a revolver, but he's got some big ass claws.

Honestly no intention of offending at all but, basically a mix between sonic and snake? I guess if snake gets cut I could dig it.
Still no takers for stabs at a wrestler? I honestly can't think of other unique fighting archetypes we are lacking at this point.

Yeah, he's got a good look, but there's better cowboys. Sheriff was Nintendo's first ever character, and he'd be cool as a pixel fighter or with a total redesign.
Flint from Mother 3 would be cool too, but I don't see the series getting any more reps unfortunately.

Nostalgia kicking in, I vaguely remember renting the wrestling game with star man. As mega man and little Mac were my only two characters on my wish list (well skullkid as well but he was always a long shot and I think him being represented as an AT is just fine) I am now fully on team wrestlers only - Star Man and Hawlucha! (Honestly the current roster with the rest of expected veterans is a complete game for me, anything else is just bonus points) (I'm easy to please)
