Only disappointing thing about xrd so far is that i spent a long time of my life learning FRC chemical love and now it's useless.

For me there's an advantage since this will be my first Guilty Gear game.

The adaptation isn't onesided. The only reason Flux does so well against ChrisG is because he fought him every week. I think if you gave Cloud Flux's experience he would do even better.

It's not inaccurate; there's no air dashes and combos are heavily link-based

Cloud has one thing Flux doesn't have, a Dante with a good neutral game. His Dante is complete booty sweat compared to Cloud, dude can combo all day if he wanted too. Flux may have a cleaner Zero (and its steadily improving with his 50/50 mix ups thankfully) but Cloud got that killer instinct that Flux desperately needs with all his characters.

Note: You don't need killer instinct to be good with Vergil, all you need to know is how to press down heavy at the right time.

Good players can beat Helm Breaker. You actually do need the killer instinct with Vergil, similar to Wolverine. It's why PRRog is equipped to play that character... he just does not give a fuck and goes all in.
