Catching up on the nights drama (still a few pages to go) but this post bothers me.

The maze I can understand we were stuck there for 24 hours. Safari zone, required due to step limit.

But learning an HM? Some of the greatest moments have involved anarchy learning a move.

Teaching dux cut then slaying the trees! It took hours, but the pay off was amazing.

Psychic to the keeper, a moment of brilliance.

Saying we need domeocracy to learn an HM because we don't want to spend 4 hours trying to learn surf goes against the very purpose of this entire experiment.

Dropping off ATV in the daycare would actually be a pretty good idea to avoid any casualties. To get it done right though is gonna take hours.

Not sure why we're going to day care, since you can't deposit pokemon with hm moves. We're either going to deposit venomoth or drowsee, both of which are more useful than what we're likely to replace them with.
 
Has anyone else since this started decided to start playing a Pokemon game again? I've just started a fire red run through on my iPhone, after someone showed me the online app which is fantastic.

This is such a great marketing tool for Nintendo, I was even considering buying a 2DS and getting either x or y for it and I'm just one person, there's been over 100k viewers at some points.

I really wanna get a Venomoth with Tinted Lens in my Black 2 game. With Quiver Dance that shit is tight.

Unfortunately I dont know if that possible without another game to trade from.

I have a legit Tinted Lens Venomoth in my BW2 save so yes, it should be possible. And yes, it wrecks shit like a boss.
 
So apologies if this has already been asked, but is there any merit to the claims in the twitch chat that commands made in mobile chat (ie, the iOS/Android apps) don't count? Or is this just another case of the twitch chat trolling in the vein of "ALWAYS BET DBZ,"
"ONI IS BANNED" and so on?

I started up my FireRed again; I was playing a Nuzlocke run back at the end of 2012 and stopped after defeating Sabrina. I decided to just continue with the game since I really wanted to beat it. Besides that, I've played through these games so much that it's impossible for me to forget what I was doing.

I made an argument earlier for why this is not really an apropos comparison. The most obvious reason being that the stakes and reasons for each are completely different; in TPP there are none of any actual real world consequence. The other being that you are just taking the most obvious connotation of the words used to describe each mode and using it color your perception of what it actually represents.

Nevertheless, if you really are so inclined to turn the situation into a real life metaphor, the reality is that it could be imagined to parallel almost any real world event where protest was used by a minority to oppose the will of a majority. The fact that something is the majority opinion does not inherently make it right.
