Was watching this video and it got me thinking about the question in the title...

I'd honestly rate myself between 6 and 8 (the latter on a very very good day and probably those days are beyond me now), so on average I would give myself a 7 out of 10. And I feel like I'm being generous here. Edit:

after reading some of the replies and thinking about this more, I think I overrated myself, especially in context of how I'd rate someone else if he looked exactly like me. I don't like my body weight or that I'm balding, so I'm downgrading myself to a 6. Although interestingly this does not affect my self confidence in the dating scene at all, because the world has thankfully shown me there are plenty of people I fawn over who want to bang me.

I'm definitely a solid 7, even on my worst days. I usually hover in the 8s though, and vare rarely I become a 9.

Edit: Currently trying to shed a bit of weight and add some muscle to the upper body, when I accomplish that I think I will clear the 7s completely.

It depends on my confidence.

I used to think I was about 3. Then it became 5, when I started going out. It rose to 6 when I got into fashion and indie music. Went back to 5 when I got dumped by my girlfriend. Stayed there until I dyed my hair, became like 8. Shaved my head and it went down to 7. Now I think I am around 8 since I started growing out my hair and going out a bit more.
