A few. For example, Clara Hughes of Canada has won two Bronze medals in Cycling in the Summer Games are 4 medals (one gold, one silver, two bronze) in Speed Skating at the Winter Games.

You'll probably notice two common combinations. Track cycling and speed skating, presumably because they work out the same muscles; and track & field and bobsled, because a fast sprinter is needed to push the bobsled at the start.
