so I was going thru the Steam thread and read that some of SteamGAF really want Soldner-X on Steam.

That's awesome but I really felt the game would be perfect on the Vita so I decide to ask the devs Eastasiasoft on such a possibly to which they replied:

Reposting from the Vita thread.

Bought SX and SX2 (+ DLC) on launch. Would buy it again day 1 if they gave a discount to owners of the PS3 version, just like Rainbow Moon.

Don't have twitter, but they know we want it.

We need more STG to vita, no questions asked.

yes yes and yes. I enjoyed playing Sine Mora on Vita so much!
if only Ikaruga is on Vita as well (lol)

I have the second game on PS3 and it is one the best shooters I've played. Would double-dip.
 
You're better off buying PSOne shooters than this turd (and yes, I have both games on my PS3). They're the perfect representation of what's wrong with euroshmups

(As a note, Strikers + was on promotion lately, PSP game, works perectly, buy it!)

Don't. All you're doing is asking for what you want and expressing interest. It's a lot more honest, real and in your best interests when compared to the usual focus testing that tells companies what to do. If you don't represent your tastes, no one in this industry will.

Nope, not in our hemisphere. Square thinks there's no interest for it and that a romdump of an already existing game going through a short Q&A would be too expensive, because it won't earn them Dr Evil money... only scratch ticket money.
 
Also reposting from Sony Thread - I actually always skipped over this game when I was younger....and my lord I really was a dumb kid...this game looks incredible...Vita doesn't have the best shmup lineup, and this would really scratch that proverbial itch.

Tweeted them, I guess fairly hard. I'm not much of a twitterizer, but I will actively try if it helps this game get released on the gloriousness of the Vita.

How did i miss this? gorgeous games, and really good fit for the vita, i could play Himmelsstürmer all day (game is hard as fuck btw) and the OST is really good.
