That's in Silver only. In Crystal, you get the Silver Wing from him. You get the Rainbow Wing in Ecruteak City after catching Raikou, Entei, and Suicune.

I never got Entei or Raikou yet managed to capture a Ho-Oh in my Crystal Run, though. I'm sure you just need one of them.

IMO if there's a free Spearow we should take advantage of it. The only thing we should be wasting our pokeballs on in that route is Phanphy.

I want a phanphy SO badly, and I might try to sabotage this so we get one, but we're talking a 5% chance in the morning on routes 45 and 46 only

Umbreon will be able to tank things well, but Espeon is more likely to end up with 4 attacking moves. Both are good.
