Cboat. We believe.
Of course not, they'd have to drop texture res as well.

Single digits? Amazingly, still not as bad as Skyrim PS3.
Well, Jeff is talking about the XB1 version with the framedrops, so you posting 360 screenshots doesn't really illuminate the situation here.Just a reminder, the game looks like this:

and not only can it not maintain the advertised 60 FPS, but it actually drops into the single digits.
Single digits? Yeah, no way this will ever be 1080p, sounds like 792p was too much, should've been 720p.
And what if someone's only option to play this game is their shiny new Xbox One? You're going to give people shit for buying a high profile game like this on a high profile new console, rather than playing it on their ill equipped PC which probably couldn't run the fucking game anyway?
Sorry, but that's a dumb fucking analogy you got there. There may be other, more expensive, better options out there, but they aren't available to everyone. They aren't playing a VHS tape on a VHS machine, they're playing a new game on new hardware.
Game looks like ass and still runs like ass. Second Son is out pretty soon and MS doesn't have anything graphically to compete. Quite sad.

He must have assumed they wouldn't compromise on framerate. rip, he's riding a train in the sky now.

So hold up.
If this is a problem in the finished, retail game... how the fuck is it still getting such high review scores?
I mean, it's easy to just say money's changing hands, and I wouldn't be surprised if that really was the case... but can reviewers genuinely be this blind to such a glaring issue in a multiplayer shooter, where framerate absolutely matters?
Atleast they mentioned it I guess...
See, I knew all you were doing was the old PC evangelist schtick. So basically anyone who bought an XBox One, and keep in mind I don't even own the fucking thing, but anyone who does is just a fool and should have invested $1000+ into PC gaming. Unbelievable.Xbox one is 500 bucks. They could have bought a computer that runs titanfall in 1080p with 60 fps for that.
They didn't.
They either don't care, which is totally fine, sometimes you just want to shoot stuff and have fun, it's not all about these dumb numbers. If they want to be informed though, there should be a place they can be and more easily accessible.
Or they do know about the disadvantages and advantages of these systems and videogames and went ahead and spent their money, or christmas gift list spot or whatever, on it anyway, complaining the whole while about low framerates and resolution and textures and blah blah blah. You can't pull the economic argument when they just spent 500 bucks on the "shiny new x box one".
No, in his little scenario of PC wonderland, the VHS tape was the XB1 version of Titanfall, and the VHS machine was the Xbox One.I remember when DVD players were 500 dollars and it was the new hotness much like the situation is now. You can get better looking versions by paying more (XBO/PC) or you can keep the lower quality version (360) and save some cash. VHS stayed around a long time so I can see where alot of peoples priorities are.

CBOATWe made a terrible mistake didn't we. He died for our sins.
Forgive them, for they know not what they do.

No docked points. I guess they are willing to overlook it since there's no PS4 version![]()

didn't cboat only get a 72hr ban instead?
Framerate has nothing to do with resolution. It can be numerous combinations of factors. See: Dark Souls' infamous "swamp" that had framerate problems even on PC with higher resolutions and other things going on. You pretty much had to "brute force" that section if you wanted higher than the console drop framerate for that.
my experience as wellOut of 11 hours playing the beta, I had 2 moments where the framerate dropped to what felt like single figures, each lasted maybe 2-3 seconds and then the game went on as normal. Yes it was a problem I was hoping would be fixed but it wasn't enough to ruin the experience.

They would have overlooked it if there WAS a PS4 version..
my experience as well
game flow was smooth as shit most all of the time

Who here expects a "locked" 60fps on a console anyway ?
I don't know, haha. Got it from hereIs this like a remake of that scene where leatherface opens the door?
