Absolutely.

So psyched for this game. I have the Collector's Edition pre-ordered, although I really don't know what I will do with a cap and a bunch of "conduit flare". ;)

I keep checking for new info, but alas...

It's funny how your statement reflects the state of inFamous media/marketing.

It's getting a lot of eyeballs. 4 million views in the YT videos, etc... but it's not being talked much. The engagement levels aren't high compared to other videos, even those with less views. There's a lot of eyes, but very little talk.

Tried searching but find nothing, are there any additional modes? Like the infamous 2 build your own scenario thing? I want to get more than 20 hours out of it.

I keep checking sonyrewards.com to see if it's shown up, no luck yet. Totally gonna pick it up for free off there. They seem to be getting titles a bit faster on there than they used to. Thief showed up not too long ago.. not that I care too much about that game...might do it for free though if nothing else pops up after Second Son.

My guess is it will pop up release day or the following Monday.

It was time to join the beenie brigade, even though it's something of a quick hack job. At least I'm wearing a proper Seahawks beenie to celebrate the Second Son's home team! You'd think Delsin would at least have the option of recognizing the Super Bowl win...

Not so sure about that. Looks like a cinematic moment where running is turned off. Like in TLOU where you can't run in moments where story is being conveyed through gameplay.

Nope. They have already confirmed on one of the preview streams that walking has been implemented in-game (and also mentions that no one bothers to use it). This particular GIF may or may not be restricting movement, but that's how he looks when he walks. :)

If anyone is in the Liverpool area Thursday at 7:00pm, grainger games on Lord Street is holding a lock in event to play the game prior to release.

Doesn't show it in the gif but later in that scene Delsin puts his arms up when DUP tells him to do so. Could still be a cinematic moment to heighten tension, I've yet to see that scene being played differently. Heck even Colin ign who made a mess of the gameplay played that moment the same as everyone else.

Would love walking though because it irked me that Cole couldn't do that. Now if only I can drive a car and the game would be perfect :p

"Turns out that it really must be something hard to guess, because he mentioned that during all the interviews he ever had so far about the game, no journalist (me included, and I tried for a while) ever managed to name the power or the power set it belongs to.
But there’s more, as Schramm gave me a further interesting and brain-teasing detail: the power set is something almost everyone uses every day."

Something we use every day!?

Oh man, I've been waiting to use a toothpaste power my whole life.

Well it is set in Seattle, the home of Starbucks so we get coffee powers! Super movement speed and ability to nervously rattle so hard we can destroy buildings!

This was a scripted sequence, so Im not sure if you can actually walk normally

Yeah the portion after the GIF is definitely a scripted cinematic. I just checked the UK interview where this question is asked. Nate does say that they have implemented walking, but he hasn't seen anyone use it. But the ensuing conversation also sounds like they decided against it (because no one used it). It's a bit vague. We will just have to find out on our own, I guess.
