Hahahahaha.

I guess with the 30 fps with that kind of graphic and non-native resolution, it's like a triple slap against you, huh.

For the promo I bought: FFX/FFX-2, Danganronpa, Bit.Trip Runner 2, and FFIX.

Now what to do with the bonus 10 bucks. Maybe Luftrauser... seems like a cool game.

It looks like a PSP game and runs like an N64 game. And it's piss easy, and bad. And there's no jump. It's barely a Ys game.

I hope $59.97 is enough for the promo. I bought FFX/X-2 HD, Chrono Cross and Limbo.

A few pages back someone said they talked to customer service and they said $59.99 wasn't enough even though on the blog post they said it would be. Even if $59.99 was enough I doubt they would round up the 3 cents you're short

Considering to buy Steamworld Dig (EU store). Cause this thread is kinda hard to follow nowadays.

Are there impression posts of this game? Or even own thread? Would like to read more about game, how good it is playing by PS4 in 55" tv and by Vita (no cross save right?). Cross buy right?

Also wtf is with the Crunchyroll dimming the screen after a couple of minutes? Did the people making the app not flag it as a video app?

where's SteamWorld Dig?
you need to get that...
Nobody made a strong enough case for it here, lack of reviews, didn't directly appeal to me. I'll catch it when it's on sale again but closer to $7 or $5. I may just use it for my experiment where I want for the game to go dirt cheap. Stick It To The Man is in that experiment too right now.
Is the $60 get $10 promo still up? I didn't see any ads for it on the PSN.
Haha. Noop. Sorry man.
It's like nothing in the last 10 years. A very deliberate heavy in atmosphere and lacking in over explaining and/or explosions first 2 hours. Just ease into it, it's a classic 2000's jrpg, it starts ramping up after 3-4 four hours. Learn the battle system, that sidebar is made to make your life as easy as possible. The story is... If you like it, you'll love it. You'll know by the time you get to Luca. Just settle in and go along for the ride. It's a very long, up and down ride. Don't expect perfection at every turn, and you'll have so much fun.
Pickups for the promo:
Towerfall
Steamworld Dig
Strider
Luftrauser
Call of Juarez Gunslinger
Flying Hamster HD
Jesus man. What a world we live in. 6 games for roughly the price of a single AAA game. That's a good haul.

Um no but keep spewing about games nonsense about games you havent play before tho.

If you think Celceta is on par with Oath or Origin in difficulty then it's you who hasn't played the games. I can add you to PSN and you can check my trophies to see I have played Celceta. Nightmare in Celceta is easier than normal in Origin

I never even mention Celceta. I was referring to I/II Chronicles and 7 which you disregard as casual Ys when both games have different diff curves when there nothing "casual" about them..

Opinions, I know, but man, I sense a lot of hate in this post for what is a pretty good game. I guess it just wasn't your cup of tea.

And Ys Chronicles and 7 are both amazing.

what in the world... isn't it like 8 now with PS+? dude I talked about the game! even dev here! it's fun and fabulous and native res!

when did the promo start.. I bought luft and steam world 30mins later... so they won't be counted...

hope my purchases of Toukiden danganronpa and miku falls within..

It told me to close it. Yes, the site had a lot of embedded videos on it.
Still surprised though, thought they had the multitasking working without problems.

It only has 512MB of RAM. Combine a page with a lot of crap and a game using most of the RAM, and it's going to run out of memory quickly.

World of overpriced indie games?

You can get AAA games for 5 euros on steam and net cost of getting retail disc on day one and selling it few days later is also like 10-15 euro.

It arrived! This'll definitely tide me over till FFX/X-2 tomorrow night :p First impressions are good. It's beautiful, the graphics are really sharp and colourful. I never played the original so I'm kinda clueless to the gameplay but my intermediate knowledge of Japanese is helping out a bit here and there.

they need to get that online patch out

PlayStation Mobile store finally updated.

Only 1 new app this week: Pushups Training.
Here comes a push-up coach! Is it impossible to do 100 push-ups? You could achieve this goal with this software! This software can help you record the number of push-ups, and develop personalized fitness programs based on your physical conditions and daily exercise condition, to enhance your endurance gradually and finally realize 100 push-ups at a time!

I almost thought it wanted you to touch the Vita with your chest while doing push-ups, but it wasn't.

Lemmings, Pixel Colors, and Math Test were pushed up to the top, but I don't know why.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but afaik PSM games return to the top when they recieve updates/patches.

Ugh, fucking PSN...

Was waiting for them to fucking update their damn store with new deals but of course they never do it on time, and I fell asleep (in Europe now and it was 2AM). So missed the out on the $60 thing since I only got FFX for VIta. UGH.

I HATE IT. Auto dim in 30s, auto standby in max 10min. What is wrong with Sony forcing stupid solutions? 3/4 of the games suffer from this. I love MGS_HD for not having dimming/auto standby.

Genious. Someone must do such app.

Guess Trillion will be like Darkdeath Evilman, with him pouding you a bunch of times before you're able to stand to him.

Isnt Fez coming next week? I know Steamworld Dig came out.

Aye, next week.

That's exactly why i'm hyped for it, the premise is really similar to ZHP(the main character dies at the beginning, an overpowered boss etc) and IIRC some of the ZHP/Disgaea 4 team in working on it!

You made the right choice by not picking Dark Souls 2 which isn't native, less than 30fps and graphically terrible.
Looks like a PS2 game and runs like an N64 game.

Dark Souls 2 is native 720p. It also looks pretty great imo, but that's the beautiful art.

Oh well, when Laughing Banana buys it they'll announce it for PS4 so it makes sense that it didn't happen yet.

5min of Unit 13, 3 strikes already: touch-only menus, unskippable cutscenes, 20fps.

To the bottom of the backlog it goes.

I don't remember Unit 13 having any cutscenes, or the framerate being that bad.

I guess that's the problem with Plus games though, people have zero investment going into them. Might as well not even try them.

Think I'll ring Sony Support today, it's been about 2 and a half weeks I've been locked out of my account. Do they think my claim was fradulent? I've had the £30 returned to me now
