Proper PvP etiquette. During normal invasions it's fine, but in a duel it's just plain scummy.
Pretty sure you can't heal in the brotherhood of blood covenant when you duel there

To get to Bellfry LunaUse a Pharros stone down a ladder right next to the bonfire in Lost bastille, the one near the Sinner Rise entrance
oh, almost forgot that third bonfire after the boss. I know where it is now, thanks. If you haveworkshop bonfire unlocked, I believe it's the third bonfire in the list. Regardless, it's the bonfire after theMcDuff's, right after theRuin Sentinelstries to get the jump on you.exploding hollow in the jail cell
From the bonfire, take the ladder down right beside it and use a lockstone.
Isn't it even more so the fault of the player that lets them? I mean Estus is pretty slow.Because the game lets them
So many stuff you can muss if you don't have or don't want to use your lockstones. If you use a lockstone on the floor below the bonfire after the, you'll be well on your way to theRuin Sentinels.gargoyles
That's how every invasion in DS1 has ever gone for me.![]()
I swear some of the jumps in this game make me want to put the controller through my tv.
Is there any point of beating? I already beatthe Acient DragonVendrick and i had 3 Giant Souls.
Hehe, well, trueBragging rights?
Why do players flask during a duel? WHY!?
So how many blacksmiths are in the game and how many of those are you able to miss?
Well, the first one is pretty hard to miss.3 and you can miss 3.
What do you mean exactly by "duel"? Any invasion whatsoever? Or someone who summons you to be invaded? If someone invades me, I'm gonna use every flask I have to stay alive if that's what it takes. If I'm summoning someone to pvp against, I probably wouldn't. But it just depends on the situation.
You can. The only covenant that doesn't allow it is the Bell Keepers. That's on the gray phantoms only though.Pretty sure you can't heal in the brotherhood of blood covenant when you duel there
Damn, the cyclops have some bs attacks. So many of them in this area too ;-;
How did you get that many? And yeah, that area made me lose a good few. Then the game glitched and kicked me out of the covenant so oh well.
Hehe, well, trueI also gets extra souls for leveling up. But besides that? I just want to make sure that i do everything i can trophy related before i go New Game+.
down in one. Absolute piece of piss for a caster.Old Iron King
In retrospect, No Man's Wharf did turn out somewhat underwhelming as far as scope/intricacy. I expected another Blighttown or Catacombs but its still creepy and well designed despite its brevity.
Anything in particular I should make sure to do? I'll be in trophy gobbling mode pretty shortly as well before I start NG+.
OnlyFuckingThe Duke's Dear Freja left before I go to the castle. Seems like it will be a tough one.man.Pate,"That'll leave a nice scar." Agh. Should have killed him.
He never went back under for me. :3Guy was driving me nuts until I realized I could.control where he resurfaces after he dives by standing where I want him to reappear
Kindled all the primal bonfires.
SL28 at the moment with the following stats:
Vigor 24
Endurance 7
Vitality 12
Attunement 2
Strength 10
Dexterity 14
Adaptability 3
Intelligence 1
Faith 8
With a Raw Halberd+10 which does a ton of damage.
I have to put the game on hold right now since I'm going on trip tonight.
I hope I won't forget where I stopped when I come back.
So the person who accepts a red soapstone gets nothing if they win? I guess I'll be holding off on accepting those invites anytime soon.
You dont really need anything in that area as far as i know. I just picked up all the items and moved on.Where do you go after the third bonfire in the forest of fallen giants?
I'm dead-ended unless I'm missing something entirely.![]()

Tbh, I really miss the feeling of being lost in shitholes like Blighttown, The Depths or 5-2.I kind of like that aspect of Dark Souls II in that while there are some very tense areas, none of them seem to drag out for longer than their welcome. Works well in the game's favor.
You'll want to go back to Majula and take a different path. Talk to Crestfallen Saulden, he might have some ideas.

No level in DS2 is really tense. It's partly due to the fact that you can warp out of anywhere at any point and partly because no Blighttown equivalent in DS2 is designed as well as Blighttown itself. In general the level-design in DS2 is pretty weak unfortunately.
Ahh, okay, so it's like Demon's Souks where you're not meant to complete an entire area at one time, but skip around a bit?
While still being a pretty good game overall, is by far the weakest entry in the Souls series in my opinion.
New to this and ya I really suck already. Just was doing the starting area after meeting the 3 women after the intro video. Killed some easy skeletons and then fought some big fat guy, but when I started the fight a 2nd came out of no where. They killed me like 10 times before I rage quit. =[
Or you ran from Firelink to the back entrance of Blighttown in a matter of minutes? On the other hand, by the time you get to Blighttown in DS1, you are countless bonfires away from Firelink. In all liklihood, you've traversed the Lower Burg and the Depths to even reach this point, and it's been hours and hours. You probably don't remember how to get back if you wanted to. Then you enter this dank, dark, oppressive wasteland and wish beyond hope for a way out. Only after traversing it do you potentially find the scaffolding out. This lends so much to DS1 tonally that DS2 is missing.
anyone? I'd rather not kill him. I guess he's a guy who also powers up the flame glove, right? Fucking perfect, I needed that since the pyromancies I got do almost no damage.fuck, I attacked the guy right before Huntsman's Copse. can I uhm, still talk to him somehow? Right now he wants to burn my ass.
