Whu... why wouldn't you want it to be like that??
Because it's cliche as hell. I know that's how most of the kid shows end but I want them to add more twists to it.

Uh the theif having no idea what to do met Ms Baker. The Gundam nut. And it was her idea to put it to use for toys. She's the reason why gunpla exists at all. Forget about how she "lost her way" and thank her for making this series exist in the first place.Shounen Heart + Build Strike Surfing plz.
They were pretty much pulling bullshit out of their asses for this fight.
I like that Ms. Baker was a huge Gunpla nerd before she LOST HER WAY.

It's true, once, she was the pioneer of Gunpla Battle. But now she's Mashita waifu.

Dark Matter so boss.Predictable, but good ep and action nonetheless. At least it wasn't the same Build Knuckle, lol.
Also,Reiji's from A Bao A Qu? xD
so chances oftakeshi piloting perfect gundam next week?
also thefinale was in front of us all along??

Also:SUPER SPECIAL AWESOME DOUBLE BUILD CHOCOLATE-COVERED SUPER KNUCKLE
100% along with Master Gundam.
then the episode ends with everyone crying how bandai missed an opportunity to release gunpla for everyone that showed up.
Great episode other than Sei and Reiji winning for no reason other than the plot demanding it.
so just like every other fight in the show lol
In all honesty I liked how between Reiji's piloting and Sei's knowledge/strategy they were able to go toe to toe with someone like Fenici. But pretty much the second half of the show has been nothing but Build Knuckle over and over. It's boring.
Pretty great episode, even with the bullshit Strike magic hehe.
What do you guys prefer?
Exia Dark Matter
or Exia Amazing
I hope we get MGs of both

Double Knuckle was badass.
Exia Dark Matter was so overpowered that there needed to be some shonen fuckery for Star Build Strike to pull out the win. I don't know how you could be disappointed.
I'm gonna miss this show when it ends.
Was it? Seemed more like Sei and Reiji letting their guard down because they expected Yuuki to be all LOVE AND RESPECT FOR GUNPLA than anything else.
Haha that is great.Nah, I'm pretty sure all the arrow stuff is just a more flashy way of animating the "power" discharge, which basically powers up whatever attack you throw into the field created by the arrows.
Aqua is something we'll never see on the show. But Se Jun Kim (one of the lead animators, and the mecha animation director of today's episode) posted on twitter his imaged version of Aqua mode being used in a fun non-battle situation:

Lol.
As everyone expected, predictable lame build knuckle finisher. I really don't get why Meijin fighting style is evil in this episode, you fight to win, you hit your opponent weak points. Doping is understandable in its evilness, but the "Oh nos, Meijin is hitting the joint!" So WHAT?
Hey GAF, gonna give this a shot after all the positive stuff I heard about it. (Long time hard-core gundam fan by the way =D)
What subbers do you recommend?

The whole thing is up on the official Gundam youtube channel:Hey GAF, gonna give this a shot after all the positive stuff I heard about it. (Long time hard-core gundam fan by the way =D)

Now, next episode looks delicious with all Gundams fortress raid.
It's called sportsmanship, guys.
I think it's just hard to tell what is and is not sportsman like conduct in a sport that is entirely fictional.
I guess it's like bitching about underhand serve and heavy spin in tennis. :-0
Nah, it's all about intentions and how they get played out mang, regardless of sport whether it be real or fiction.
Well to be fair you can ruin your joints playing that game too.
Some old man's arthritis kicking in would be like trans-am running out of juice.
When I used to play Mechwarrior, you could effectively completely disable an enemy by shooting out their legs (and in some version of the game, destroying two legs would kill them). There became an unspoken rule to not aggressively go after the legs because otherwise the entire meta would just descend into everyone trying to maximize leg damage which would have been not fun at all. I like to imagine it's the same sort of thing here in Gunpla battles.
I don't know, Sei purposefully injecting extra glue into his gunpla's arm to shut down Nils' secret move after seeing it is a lot more unsportsman-like to me than Renato Bros' use of traps and 1/144 soldiers.
Japanese ingenuity, obviously.
