Anything similar to a predictable pattern usually falls flat pretty quickly, so I don't think we should look into it too much. (for example, until viridi/alphonso we haven't had 2 background characters revealed in a week either)

Looking more closely, it doesn't even look like Sonic is holding it lol, it is just merely hanging from his hand or something.

This is such exciting news! I was wondering how they were going to implement the other KI:U weapons (beyond those in Pit's new move-set) and I guess we have the answer.

I can't wait to see if other weapons make the cut. The Aurum Palm is my personal favorite, though I'm not holding my breath.
I also can't wait to see if there are going to be unique item animations (like Sheik and Captain Falcon) this time around.

Freeze for mine <3.The best was trapping people in the Magnus Club's tornado. Mine had petrification
They both did lol but yeah babel club was the better club since it's tornados hit more than once.

Last I checked both do.
Babel club has multi-hit tornadoes, ore club makes single-hit ones.

Well, I certainly didn't want to open a can of worms mentioning Project M in my rankings, of course we know that without the base games the mod wouldn't even exist. At least from my part it is not so much about one being better than the other but about which one brings me more enjoyment as a smash game, and Brawl modded as Project M takes that first place (for me).
Honestly I don't think anyone means to disrespect the Dev team or the franchise with this, in the end the devs, the mod team and us the players we all love smash, it is just that there are different flavors of smash at this point and I don't think there is anything wrong with stating that preference, even if it includes flavors from the local brand, as long as it is not sold for profit (Bad analogy but you get the point).

I dont know that showing a new picture of an already-revealed stage w/ a palutena statue counts as trolling.
Every time something Uprising related is shown, it will always be Sakurai trolling
