Yeah they're kinda expensive but I'm investigating more! I like the look of them all.

The Bulma one as far as I can tell isn't out yet. What's on Amazon is a previous prize figure: http://myfigurecollection.net/item/2825

Space Battleship Yamato 2199. I've got her on order, but via SAL. I can let you know how she turned out in about a week XD I'm hoping impressions and user photos show up on MFC pretty quick b/c this line has not had a good track record living up to the prototypes.

Dunno yet. I haven't unboxed her. I did Olivia yesterday, and Risty today. They were both pains in the ass to assemble. Hopefully Melda breaks the trend tomorrow. She actually sold out pretty fast when pre-orders first went up.

Yeah I got info on the figure from this this forum. Seems to be a whole lineup from different sculptures who are taking on these characters.

The top Launch Figure is available, the bottom two are pre-orders like you said.

Space Battleship Yamato 2199. I've got her on order, but via SAL. I can let you know how she turned out in about a week XD I'm hoping impressions and user photos show up on MFC pretty quick b/c this line has not had a good track record living up to the prototypes.

Just read the synopsis and it sounds pretty interesting, I'll have to give it a watch one day.

I actually hope I'm wrong. I would love a Sheena. But if we get any Tales Of figure announcements at Tales Of Festival like we did last year, it'll probably be either figures for the new game, more Vesperia figures, or an Alvin or Ludger figure if I had to make guesses. Probably an Asbel too since he's popular.

She might want to see a doctor about that. Are such defects common when figures release? I'm guessing that's why a lot of them get reissues. Shame. Either you jump in and risk such issues or wait and it goes oos and jumps up 3x the price and you kick yourself.

What the...how does something like that even happen? Isn't Alphamax one of the better figure companies?
 
Looking at the site, it's starting to look like they broke it off on purpose to look under her skirt. Not sure what kind of angle would allow them to get the shots that they did.

You're not supposed to remove the skirt. The whole reason there's that knob part on her leg is so that it fits securely into the opening of the skirt itself and is glued on. It's not defect or sloppiness. It's a design choice.

I suppose it is unfortunate for people that wanted a partial cast-off option, though. It doesn't look like the glue or locking mechanism were really necessary.

Yeah, I see that now. I still don't like the face. I didn't love the promo shots of the face, and this looks worse.
