It already is since Dark Links were spawned with the Dark Mirror, and The Interlopers are all portrayed as Dark Link as well.

Eh, I think it's open to interpretation. To me, "Link" and "Ilia" were clearly just stand-ins for regular Hyrulians. They gave into their greed, hate, etc. and turned against each other. The whole scene demonstrates Link's potential darkness and the basis for Dark Link. Like Link and Ilia, the Dark Links are just visual metaphors for the Interlopers; not their actual appearance.

The Hero's Shade is sort of a Dark Link. I really want to see his story. Did he find peace after Twilight Princess, etc.?

He most likely got sent to the Twilight Realm a while after OoT ended since the Sages depicted in that scene are not the ones from OoT.

Twilight Princess goes from the Child Timeline. Link left for Termina and Ganondorf tried to take power on his own without waiting on Link.

it's quite debatable. There's so many dark links though that it's hard to really put anything concreted down. I always thought him the counter to link though. idk
