Looks nice, but good luck with those strech goals. As usual, gonna support the game if the Vita tier is close by.

Lol, what a weird name for a- Oh, the protagonist IS a hamster. This looks great :P But I want on 3DS, honestly. Will buy on PC if that's not possible, though.

3DS or Vita are not even in the stretch goals yet. Wake me up if they appear.

Well, they mention them in the project description, including Wii U:

Looks great BTW, now I'm interested on the first Flying Hamster lol (yeah, I know it's probably pretty different).

At $2,112 of $150,000 it didn't have a great start, did it? I hope it gets funded. But I'm pretty stretch goals are a stretch at this point.

It's only been an hour. I'm confident they'll meet at least base funding once press cover it.

Ah, lol, I didn't realize it had just started :P Still, I'd rather not convince myself that they'll reach a 3DS stretch goal, which is the only one I'd care about. I'll gladly play this on PC. Will back later today!

There are too few sword-wielding-frogs in games these days!

I'll be keeping an eye on this one for sure.

Wow, this game looks great! Definitely backing but the stretch goals for the console versions seem a little too far away... :/

Will back once I get a chance. I hope this makes it as I have been really craving something with the charm and gameplay of the Monster World series. This looks like it has the style down pat.

Interview with the game's director:

What will happen to Flying Hamster II if you do not reach your Kickstarter goals?

We seen cases in the past where after a first failure, a Kickstarter campaign is re-launched for a second round and succeeded. So if we fail but get close to our initial funding goal, we’ll seriously consider this option.

In the case we totally fail this means that we couldn’t win the heart of players with this project, so there won’t be a second chance.

Oh, I love Flying Hamster! Must back this. Not being available on consoles at first though... I wonder if it'll even clear the goal. :(

It sounds like they want to bring the game to multiple platforms and that they don't have to be in the stretch goals, this is all depending on how much money they will garner at the end of it all. At least I hope so.

The first game came out fine as a minis and a native vita game without the help of funding. I don't want to be that person to bring it up, but couldn't have they perfectly been able to make the game without the help of kickstarter? Why does the sequel need funding? Because everyone is doing it?

At what point can you know when devs really need a kickstarter and how much they are asking is more than what is actually needed to produce the game? I know this can also be applied to other kickstarters. That's why I would never see myself backing one.

I did really enjoy the first one though. This one looks great, I'll would probably get it if it comes on the vita.

Pledged, looks awesome & now I'm going to grab the older game on Vita!

REALLY big Wonder Boy fan back in the day, I love things like this. Reminds me, I need to finish up Dust:AET!

I think the game will at least hit $150k, but I don't see $350k happening. PC exclusivity is the game's fate, I assume, at least until the developers earn enough to explore port opportunities.

It was a slow start, but I'm still quite optimistic about this one. They just have to get the word out.

They're also consideting to include the first game as bonus content for this one. Haven't played the first one, but after watching the trailer for it I'd like to play that one too!

Really enjoyed the first Flying Hamster, and as soon as I saw it was Wonder Boy influenced, my money couldn't be chucked at it faster.

The style of this game looks incredible. I hope it picks up some momentum soon though, it didn't have a really good start. :/
