OH MY GOSH the last kuji Miku! How many tickets did you have to buy for that? I had my host mom enter the lottery for me, and she got the regular Miku Nendo in 3 tries. Can't decide which version I like better, but I'm just happy to have gotten one ^^

Oh, does she come with the piano? The box looks smaller than the regular version

Either way, it makes a number of these expensive and inconvenient to get. I don't buy a great volume of anything so it's okay, though it can often be hard to tell what particular Nendoroids are going to become tricky to obtain. For example, whilst a lot of the limited Miku ones are potentially a little more expensive than the normal models, they are still really affordable in Japan, whilst others - which in my case would be the Girls und Panzer Miho model, seem to be in the higher price range, and also a little rarer.

Always the way... I actually have a friend going over to Japan next month who kindly picks up anything for me that I'm after whenever he's there (within reason!), but asking him to track down a not-so-common Nendo out in the wild is pushing the boundaries of a favour for a friend. I'm heading over myself in September, so fingers crossed there's one left lurking around for me somewhere :)

I am showing a very surprising amount of restraint recently when it comes to ordering. I keep seeing stuff I want but then I just back out of the shopping cart. I guess this is a good thing.

Going to have to stay strong! I'm trying to, though if it isn't figures it'll be importing games that gets me ;_;.
 
So, I told myself I would never buy one of those Beach Queen figures, but...

She seems a bit pricey though, 5310 JPY, and its a ridiculous 1/10 scale (its not much bigger than a boob of my 1/2 scale...), but I don't think I can resist.

So, to the figure gods out there, will she sold out or have a price drop soon after launch so I could safely wait a bit?

Man, that's a gorgeous sculpt. The final figure will not look quite as good, imo. Beach Queens always cheap out on materials. And yea, they're always overpriced for the size. But they really did a nice job with her face and BOOBS.
 
I'd had jumped on the Sonico wagon if that beach queen was bigger. I dislike swimsuit figures but the scene is just too damn funny. I'm also worried about production issues.

That Nendo Link...is almost tempting.

A piano? I have no idea, though I'm inclined to say no, as I saw nothing of it on the actual box. I still haven't opened it, along with every other nendoroid I own （￣ー￣)

It's not so much the availability that's the problem here, but the price you're willing to pay. There are plenty of people who simply flip their models, and there were a good deal of seller display booths with the leaflet for the Snow Miku 2014 to prove that!

Yeah. I'm trying to get that Asuka, Mari, and there's a Kaworu with a similar pose that I'm trying to get so the Rei I have (the one in that picture) has some company.
