-Zero Suit Samus with heels...but as equipment and not creepy stripper garbage.
-Dedede only throws Gordos, the strongest of his projectiles from Brawl.
-Thought Palutena just got denied a spot when suddenly...
-Thought there would be no newcomer announced when suddenly...
-Wait, is the scarf his tongue??
But probably the best moment for me was Mega Man's Final Smash. I, like most, figured it would be MvC's Hyper Mega Man or MM7's Super Adapter. Instead, it's all the Mega Man versions standing together in all their badassness for a unified massive arm cannon attack.
Other than the 3DS version coming out first (by a large margin at that), there wasn't anything I disliked about what I heard.

I haven't been following Smash or the Wii U at all in the past year. Will the game have an online ranking system and are they going to be taking matchmaking seriously? I'm really hoping that netcode is actually substantially improved from the abomination that Smash Bros Brawl was..

If you see the video, you can see his whole body pass and the screen is his last bit.
Not only he trolls ridley fans not having even the decency of showing the boss, saying ridley will never be playable and get done with it, but adds his worst version to the game. At least he did that with Waluigi, he's not in the game, he is an AT, here he is, you can now stop dreaming Waluigi fans.

1. Jigglypuff is out. Jiggs has been in all of the games so far. No.
2. Captain Falcon is out. Lol no.
3. Kirby transformations out. What.
4. Extra characters for Wii U version due to delay. Unlikely, Sakurai has made it abundantly clear they're going to have the same characters.
There's some other stupid shit too, but these are the ones from off the top of my head.

I feel it's a bit of both here.
His recovery for example to me at least seems a lot better than in Brawl and on the other hand 24 characters on a 3DS screen even with an outline seems like a disaster waiting to happen in terms of spotting Pikmin. If the 3DS version could have that many on screen at once that is after all wasn't Melee known (At least if people in earlier Smash topics are to be believed) to have slight dips when playing with 4 sets of Ice climbers?
Guess we can also finally lay to rest Ridley's chances of appearing as a character and Dark Samus.
Also seems like Boss Battles might not make a return after all
if Ridley is just a stage hazard for Pyrosphere. I sure hope it does return though.BigEvilTurtle

Final Destination for all stages is great for competitive players.
Pong assist trophy is lols.

Isaac was an "unlockable" assist trophy in Brawl. None of Brawl's Unlockable Assist Trophies were shown in the video (Custom Robo, Isaac, Advance Wars sprites, Barbara from Band Brothers, and Shadow). None of them were also revealed for Brawl before the game's release.

With the probable confirmation of Jigglypoof (or I guess Mewtwo), that'd give Pokemon 5 Reps, which seems to be the max for a franchise.
With moves and things changed, could this mean more characters from other franchises as well? ie, 2 more Fire Emblem reps, etc.
With Waddle Dee not being part of King Dedede's throw attack, I think it's possible for him to appear now. With Meta Knight (who'd I assume Sakurai wouldn't cut, plus Halberd stage is back) that'd give Kirby 4 reps.
Also, has anyone put together an image of confirmed Pokemon/Assist Trophies yet? There was a nice character one around here that looked great.
