There's oddities like that even in Brawl's finished state, I think one of Zelda's animations in Brawl has her arm flip upside down or twist in some weird way for like 1-2 frames (I think it s Dsmash?) It's nothing you can notice in normal 1x speed or in normal gameplay but if you use the 1/4th speed setting in Training it's wayyyy more visible.

I imagine the fingers are just something they didn't rig properly to the animation/bones. Or they're just not animated properly at all. They'll fix it since it's way more obvious than the Zelda thing I mentioned above.

Lol either they're completely remaking old animations and the leg is in the wrong position because it's WIP -OR- they're reusing animations and the leg portion of the animation port process got messed up. Because it definitely is not in that same position in Melee/Brawl, the foot is supposed to be lined up with the other one and bent similarly.
