The usual suspects, Bowser minions, Zelda overworld baddies, Kirby villains, Kremlings, subspace emissary enemies.

I want to see the inclusion of some pokemon such as Zubat and Beedrill. Maybe Mother series enemies as well

Dojo had it worse with Mega Man. From what I remember, it was so bad that moderator had to put Mega Man Discussion to halt by threatening people that they would get banned. Did I recalled it right? I remembered one guy had Mega Man Avatar for long time and no one noticed it until he announced after Brawl released to US. Needless to say, he got banned right after he confessed.

Someone who were there for Brawl Hype, please help me out if I'm wrong.

You're right. I think the Smash mod at the time was sporsk (sp?). That avatar thing was pretty hilarious. lol. I can't remember much from that time but I remember that.
