Guys, should I get MGS HD Collection or Muramasa Rebirth? I haven't played any of these games before in any form. The only advantage toward one or the other I can think of for me is that Muramasa would be a lot easier on my memory card, and I may see myself enjoying the type of gameplay on Muramasa better (but I really don't know).
I said I was going to wait until it was added to the IGC. Just looking at those offscreen photos make me want to say fuck it and get it

just bought the new tables myself and have been playing them. pinball is my go to break from other games ^__^I was just about to post a bunch of Muramasa screenshots from my Vita, but I think I forgot to back them up when I upgraded to my 64 GB card. ;_;

don't be ^_^ it's just that whenever i see someone scoring higher than me in my scoreboard..i've been trying real hard to beat them. I wanted to be at least on the top 5 of my scoreboard. it doesn't help that some of those in my scoreboards are in the top 100 of all time in the overall scores >_>
Just a heads up guys, Sony is giving the Vita an system update tommorrow...and it may bring bad news. For the lucky few of us that was able to get many games for the Vita through the 'glitch' last week...we may lose our games.
A fellow Gaffer, Garraboa, posted that in the PSP/PS1 games thread, and brings up a great point; what if this update blocks access to our games we got through the 'Glitch'? I've been having a blast the past few days playing the Crash and Spyro games on my NA Vita...and I will not loose access to them when me and everyone here has the right to play these on our Vita's.
Just warring to those who don't know about this update; you may just loose access to you games.

I will be absolutely livid if they block access to my games. Playing the Crash games again on Vita has been great, CTR on the go is such an incredible thing (best kart racer ever made), and I was gonna play through all 3 Spyros for the first time on Vita.

From us, not the general public. The only person in the gaming industry I know of that commented on the PSN Glitch was Jim; IGN, GameSpot, Rev3games, NO ONE commented or pressed Sony on the Glitch...it happened, then it stopped.
I can clearly see Sony revoking access to our games (heck, they may even ban people who did this!), so I just wanted to spread the word on this.
Edit: I know see how stupid this all sounds, so any body looking at this post, ignore it, as this is all just assumption and further posts prove that Sony would not pull extreme measures like this. Sorry for all the ruckus
.Fair enough, but I've seen posts on the PS Blog and PS Forums that suggest people aren't too happy with this. I'll agree though, in terms of gaming controversies people don't really seem to be as upset with this one (from what I've read, at least).

If Sony really thought blocking previously downloaded games was a good idea, they would have implemented it long ago for games used for CFW hacks.

I was originally furious about the "glitch" with PS1 games to Vita being fixed, and I'm still pretty mad. But I did learn that I can't really play Crash 2 and 3 on vita, at least not at the level I am used to. I've had the same Crash 3 save since I bought the game on PS1 back in the sixth grade, and I have almost every platinum relic and a handful of dev times. It is just not possible to play the game optimally on a vita because of the control scheme, even with remapping buttons, and you need to be almost perfect for many platinum relics. Actually opened my eyes to how different the Vita and PS3/4 controls are, even just the face buttons despite appearing reasonably similar.
So my dreams of owning up some platinum relics were dashed. But I was really looking forward to starting a new casual save for Crash 3 on vita for my next flight, Sony don't kill my dream! Also, never played Crash 1 before getting it for 99 cents this past sale, man it's hard to go back to that after being used to 2/3.

. Just so happy to finally play my favorite PS1 classics on my Vita and don't want that revoked form me...You are one step short of spreading FUD. Sony has zero precedent of revoking access to any games acquired through any means. Even games that were pegged for PSP Hacks were never disabled. People got out with some games. It happened. Now it's over.
Even if they do, I am calling getting banned for taking advantage of this an absolute, complete, non-possibility. I'll take a ban bet for that.

I can't see them banning anyone over this. Disabling the games is probably a given because of whatever licensing issues are preventing them allowing what is obviously as easy to enable as turning on a light switch.
Realistically, if I get my account banned because I downloaded some ancient PSP game at the ass end of my download list, I'd probably never touch another Sony product. But that just seems really unlikely considering how they've been trying to handle things at least since the security breach.

So Mind=Zero is coming next month. I've only heard bad things about it but I am still intrigued about this game. I've heard of things like PERSONA=ZERO, supposedly cliffhanger ending, seen the japanese reviews on Amazon and other stuff from the impression thread but the itch to play this game.
I think I'll wait for some more impressions before deciding to buy this or not. Especially since Blazblue, XBlaze and GOTY Vita Pets are launching in June.

Saying mind zero is persona is like saying persona is Jojo's. Similar ideas, none of them are the same. Mind zeros story elements sound interesting but hearing about the ending is disheartening. If you want a good dungeon crawler just get demon gaze.

I've only reiterated the common complaints about the game. I haven't played my copy of Demon Gaze yet, I am currently working on my backlog.
The XL has a nice big screen at least. But the relatively rough graphics are one thing putting me off Mario Golf. That and having HSG on Vita and holding out hope for Sony announcing a PS4 version.
Not sure how many people this will affect, but a side-effect of the PSP game glitch is that you can now finally download and install the PSPgo Rewards games from way back when, if you have them. They we're previously locked to Gos only, and they haven't been 'fixed' alongside the rest.
