I think its safe to say from this screenshot that its going to be an open world like Dark Souls. That castle seems like a place you could walk too.
Concept from expanding the train capacity, one side of the image for "spirit world" and one for "normal world", with bond fire in between. Normal image without inverted text needs to be discovered [early in this thread]. Go for it GAF.

Yeah, perhaps it will have a giant, interwoven castle kind of like the Castlevania games.
Sony has probably put him on a tight leash, gagged, and shoved to a locked basement to prevent either confirmation or denial.

There are so many beasts (pun intended) you can add to harass the player character that dragons aren't really needed. I even think DSI+II have too many dragons already, they are supposed to be rare
I'm always about software>hardware, so i'd go where the software is, but i wouldn't care, first because this one is almost confirmed to be PS4 exclusive and secondly because i have both consoles >.<

I wouldn't be so sure but tbh games never do dragon fights any justice.
Skyrim was really lame. Demons Souls was you cheesing them by arrows. DKS2 was just as bad. When you actually reached the Dragon God (yes I know right), one of the best enemy designs I have seen:
it turned out to be a gimmicky boss.
Theres only one game that has consistently made Dragons awesome creatures to fight and that is Dragons Dogma.

loving Dark Souls 2 atm (despite some difficulty playing it without any guide, STILL cant find any goddamn titanite shards after 50 hours.. still rolling with a Mace +2 lol).

Nothing is 'confirmed', but yes, that's the generally held belief. Although people tend to use 'B team' as a pejorative, the quality of their titles is subjective of course.
No, nothing is confirmed but if this turnes out to be true it will be easy to compare the credits after release and then we'll know. Anyways, DaS2 is a great game. Titanite Spoiler
