The so-called "ZANY EXTREME SILLY FACES" work with some art styles. Unfortunately, this piece's artstyle is crap.

Yeah, they're definitely more reptilian than amphibian, but they're really neither because they're imaginary. That's like making a salamander team of Swampert, Quagsire, and Charizard. It doesn't really work.
