Welcome to Smash GAF! You're lucky to be posting as of now since the picture will be arriving soon! Instead of being with the bunch of crazies of the weekend. :3
Stage Boss Metal Ridley fighting against Samus, Zero Suit Samus........ and bite-sized playable Ridley. And then we also get to see Stage Boss Hades fighting against Pit, Palutena, and Medusa!
And since I'm really worried they won't actually be playable/alternate skin, I'd like a Dixie Kong and Lucina confirmation.
And Jigglypuff. Always Jigglypuff.

Bomberman. I feel like He's the last classic 3rd party character to earn a spot next to Sonic and Megaman. If we see a Konami character, I'd take him over a Belmont. Though both could have really awesome movesets.
Crash Bandicoot. Just because it'd troll everyone that wanted him in PSABR sooooo bad.
Ridley. Because Ridley.
Mewtwo, just cause I love him.
None of these are particularly likely, besides maybe Mewtwo, but that's the reason they'd make my whole E3. I mean, Pacman will be cool too, but I'm expecting him, so it won't mean too much unless his trailer is crazy hype.

Isaac - After just searching him, watching a playthrough of Golden Sun, getting all of the knowledge of what he's capable of doing. Along with the fact he's been an Assist Trophy.
I just got really hyped up for him, and would be majorly excited for his inclusion.
Takamaru - Retro character. I'm curious as to how Sakurai would redesign him, and how he could implement his moves into something great. Especially his invisibility. Plus... I see him as the most deserving character to get the retro spot.
Medusa - I don't know much about her. But I absolutely looove her design, seriously one of the best. That alone just made me really want her, and being a female villain is a plus.

On the basis that I think Pac-Man and Palutena are basically a sure thing (although Palutena's not a big deal to me personally... I'd rather have Medusa or Hades), I would have to say that the one character who would excite me more than any other is...
Of course, he has like a 0.2% chance of making the cut but that's all the more reason I would be giddy to see him make it in.

For DLC, I want to see Lightning, Lightning as Cloud, and Lightning as Sora from SE. Prepare to rake in the money because everyone will be wanting Lightning.

Medusa is a great character. She was the villain from the original Kid Icarus and is the villain for... a good chunk of Uprising. She certainly has no shortage of move-set material from Uprising, on top of her lore, which says she can turn enemies to stone. So imagine her casting bolts of magic that briefly petrify her opponent on contact. Would make for a neat "stun" move.
Takamaru definitely deserves to get in. He's the kind of "retro" character Sakurai could reinvent in spectacular fashion, similar to what he did with Pit. He's also part of the "Famicon Four" (Mysterious Murasame Castle, The Legend of Zelda, Metroid and Kid Icarus). The Takamaru attraction in Nintendo Land, along with his Famicon game being rated for Western audiences by Australia's review board, makes one wonder if Nintendo has half a mind to bring him back -- perhaps starting with a Smash reveal.
And regarding Isaac -- it is curious we haven't seen his Assist Trophy yet. If nothing else, Sakurai would probably bring that back, since it was so unique in what it did, conjuring up a giant hand to push people off ledges. Maybe he's been given the Little Mac treatment, and upgraded to a newcomer? Unlikely, perhaps, although we have seen a new Golden Sun more recently than a new F-Zero.

Can I ask for an Etrian Odyssey, SMT, and Trauma Center reps from Atlus for DLC then? Other than SMT, I think they've only been on Nintendo hardware.

Zack, as in Zack & Wiki? All of those ideas are great. Although with Capcom, I'd love me a Resident Evil character... like Wetsuit Jill, from RE: Revelations.

I wouldn't want to see that happen; DLC, if it happens, should be primarily Nintendo focused. And I don't think anyone but Konami has 4 characters I'd even wanna see, and they're already pushing it with Geomon.

I just want muh Ice Climbers/Wario/Ness/Ike back! I'm not really champing at the bit for any newcomers right now... but if Sakurai was to acknowledge that Mike Jones exists, I would probably dissolve into a pile of happy-goo. Banjo-Kazooie is probably even more likely though, in the sense that 0.02% > 0.01%.

Actually the idea of any trailer at Nintendo's suddenly changing to a SSB newcomer video would be a great swerve.
