Wait, are people asking for Sceptile to be a Pokeball or to actually be playable? If the latter...
The latter. Why not? All starter types, spread of gen reps, it makes sense.

Yeah Grovyle is still better but the anime made Sceptile a lot better than what the games gave us. The anime made Sceptile a badass powerhouse on the same level as Charizard.Wow, anime Sceptile doesn't look that bad, but Grovyle is still better.
Why would anyone choose the second link?

Its never gonna happen but its nice to dream.Wait, are people asking for Sceptile to be a Pokeball or to actually be playable? If the latter...
Who is the best starter?Sceptile is the worst. Y'all are embarrassin' yourselves.
Yeah another reason Id rather not have Jiggly return.Currently we have
2 gen 1 announced
1 gen 4 announced
1 gen 6 announced
if jiggly and mewtwo return:
4 gen 1
1 gen 4
1 gen 6
Would be a nice chiasmus of gen reps if it were 1,3,4,6, skipping the 2nd and 5th.

As for the moveset:
B-Bullet Seed can charge it up to shoot out more of them at a higher speed and power.
B-side- Leaf Blade which is his signature attack.
B-up - Aerial Ace- just launchs itself high in the air with its blade out.
B-Down- Leaf Storm- storm of razor leaves surround Sceptile which can damage opponents close by and also act as a defense from projectiles.
Sceptile is the worst. Y'all are embarrassin' yourselves.
So Wonder Red not playable eh?
I'm-ok-with-this.jpg
Though It'd be cool if he was at least an assist, having the trophy only would be a waste. Sorry for the fans, I'm sure he'll be in next Smash!
Gen 3 is one of the only gens where all three starters (in terms of appearance) were great through all three stages, what you talkin' 'bout?Willis
That being said Blaziken is bestest and his Mega form made him bestest bestest.
Crossover games always show certain favoritism to one property or another. Marvel vs Capcom 3 has like, what, 7 X-Men?Because it'd be overkill, even for Pokémon.
He's the grass starter that best fits the idea of a Smash character, apart of Chesnaught.Wait, are people asking for Sceptile to be a Pokeball or to actually be playable? If the latter...

I think the only chance he has to be in the next smash is if there's a wonderful 102 and maybe wonderful 103. Considering how it sold though (more the wii u's install base fault, but it still wouldn't have sold gangbusters), i'm not sure if that'll happen, unfortunately.

The first one. That's the one with the dancing Ludicolo and really made me fall in love with them. With which music?
Pokémon Colosseum Music ~ Miror B.
or Miror B. Battle - Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness Music Extended ?
Choose wisely.
Because disco funk.
...I actually prefer that theme. So, cus they like how it sounds better I guess?![]()
What are the odds well get new Pokemon/megas?
Yeah probably not. This was probably the last and only chance of any Smash rep from that game.
In the new Pokemon game? Or in Smash? Because any new ones in Smash seems unlikely unless it was planned way in advance.
wasn't there like a ton of hoenn hinting in X and Y or something

Do they own TW101? They published it like they are with Bayonetta 2. I kind of think she does have a decent chance now.I'm not sure why people think Wonder Red being deconfirmed improves Bayonetta's chances. Nintendo owns TW101, they don't own Bayonetta.
They'd make wonderful assist trophies.
I just started playing elite beat agents again last night, and man, do I want them as assist trophies. All 5 major variants can come in, too. Appearance is chosen at random between:
Super early, super trolly pic.

No Miiverse description yet.

I already know people writing Smash 4 off as Pokémon 2D Battle Simulator because of how many Pokémon are already in the game. Pikachu, Lucario, Charizard, Greninja and the inevitable Jigglypuff put it at five, the second-highest of any franchise represented in Smash. Only the Mario franchise tops it - and that's only if you include the Yoshi, Donkey Kong and Wario franchises under it. If you don't, because Smash splits them off, it merely matches Pokémon (Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser and Rosalina) - include any more Pokémon, and Pokémon becomes the most-represented franchise in the game. I'm not sure I can honestly justify that.Brawl had 6, why not one more?
Huh, didn't realize that. Well given the Starfy example I still think Bayonetta has a chance. They do own it.
The list of (non-pre-existing) IPs that Nintendo has published that they don't fully own is fairly short. I think it's like Starfy and maaaaybe Chibi-Robo?

Pokemon.
Wouldn't surprise me to see a trophy, at least.
I think Bayonetta's guns would preclude her from being a character as Sakurai expressed concern over having handguns for Snake since they would raise the rating.
Sorry Wonder Green, no Smash for you.
If someone questions who owns the IP, just say "Nintendo owns The Wonderful 101 the same way Capcom owns Viewtiful Joe"
But not its biggest, so it doesn't need to be represented as such. It's also getting its own fighting game with Pokkén, so I don't see why Smash has to be taken over by it as well.Pokémon is only one of their best-selling franchises ever?
I'd imagine Pokemon sells more hardware than Mario does. But not its biggest, so it doesn't need to be represented as such. It's also getting its own fighting game with Pokkén, so I don't see why Smash has to be taken over by it as well.
Six is more than enough. Seven is outright overkill.
