Super Smash Bros. for 3DS & Wii U Thread 7: How Can My Smash Brother Be This Cut

wow you sure are mad about toys nobody is forcing you to buy.

How would it make you feel if say 5 veterans got cut from the latest iteration of Smash Bros... however it was later discovered that these characters are in fact on the disc and can only be accessed when their figurines are released 6 months from now for $10 each. That's the fear that some of us have about NFC in regards to racketing up costs, and frankly I'd rather get actual DLC than some toy garbage laying around for whenever I want to play a game.

That's in addition to the $100 some of us are going to spend if we want both versions of Smash. (I would've just skipped the 3DS version and gone for Wii U... but having to wait half a year changed my mind on that)

What I'd want my room to look like:

The trophies are of course buried under all the old Coke cans/bottles.

Move to Acceptance.

Oh god this reminds me of an episode of hoarders I was watching earlier.

Can't sleep

Roaches will crawl into my orifices

Would be an interesting method of unlocking Steel Diver: Sub Wars shop submarines outside of just purchasing their virtual versions in the in-game store.

Market them as models, especially for the stylized historical subs!

The fact it's not coming until early 2015 for the 3DS makes me think the NFC game isn't Smash.

Not on release, at least.

spiders now huh

Skulltura for smash B^)

I'd buy a captain falcon trophy toy/NFC or some other characters, mega man would be cool

They should make a Zelda stage that's just a cave full of skulltula's and they crawl all over your characters and you have to fight them while fighting the other players.

And there should be an area like that in Zelda U.

C'mon, anybody who has actually paid attention to Nintendo's business practices at any point over the last three decades will tell you that there is absolutely no way that they would ever consider locking a playable Smash character to the purchase of an external token. There, that's all I'm going to say on the matter.

Tonight's pic will be... some new animal townspeople hanging out in the city?

Super long shot!
Ike confirmed!!! tonight!

LOL I wish!

I'm pretty sure that if needed for this game Nintendo would adopt something like a season pass (Mario Golf World Tour style)
