I think it looks like an Infamous Wannabe
The sad part is that the Infamous caracter has 120,000 polygons and this one only have 40,000 polygons.

Eh, it looks like Infamous. Specifically the Induction Grind from Infamous though there was that kind of stuff in R&C too. It's kind of weird how they've tried to make something unique but it reminds me of other games so much, including their own. It looks surprisingly derivative. People saying but it looks so colorful mustn't have played a R&C game. Game looks OK though, it could be fun and a return to form. Not something I'd pick up. The whole premise is too cheesy in an offputting way and it looks like stuff I've played enough before.
 
Gotta say, this game looks pretty good. As a person who is not going to buy an Xbox One until Microsoft back down on some of their policies, this makes for a very compelling argument for me to change my mind, but I can wait until I see impressions post-release.

Very colourful, not keen on the IQ, LOD seem fairly aggressive and the buildings in the background look rather low on detail.Looks fun but think it needs polishing up a bit more.
 
Wow.

From my initial impression at the trailer last year (including the info that was put out at that time), I've gotta say this game is now exceeding my expectations. Really looking forward to playing it myself.
 
So the colors get me a PvZ vibe to it with the creatures giving me a DR3 feeling. The controls do look like Crackdown/infamous like

Colors and art style are incredible, graphics are great too.

Gameplay and traversal looks like a lot of fun, it lacks gore/blood though so something like DR3 is more appealing to me.

The game isn't even ready for release and it already looks this good.
 
I feel that this game isn't reaching its true potential without being on PS4. It is obvious that Insomniac had to cut down on features, design and graphicss to make this work on the Xbox One. It is sub-HD yet they can't even get it to run at 60fps? M$ stay losing.
 
Can't wait for reviews.
 
The Good:

- It looks fun
- The colors do match the initial reveal, which I was concerned about a couple days ago
- We can expect some funny weapon upgrades given this is Insomniac
- It doesn't look like Fuse
- Traversal looking good

The Bad:

- Animations look weird and floaty
- The AI looks really bad but it does look like a pretty simple game
- No confirmation of native 1080p or 60fps, which is weird, considering 1. it's Insomniac and 2. it's technically not that impressive

Overall, seems solid. Won't sell me an Xbox One but it looks good.

If skill/precision would be needed to pull all this off i might be interested, by the looks of it it's enough to point in the direction you want to go and your char will autosnap to whatever is there.

In this gif he is neither jumping on the umbrella nor is he anywhere near the post.

I think you can jump/bounce off of anything, didn't have to be the umbrella.

You can't really get a good idea of the AI from the clips, but they are climbing the towers and such. AI in DR3 wasn't spectacular, but you could still die easily if you got surrounded by a horde with a poor weapon. Also in the IGN article, he mentions that he did die quite a few times.

In case you haven't figured it out already, you're not fooling anyone. Seriously, there are lots of other threads on this forum for you to participate in. You have no intention of ever buying this game, so just move on.

I didn't have to much interest into this game anymore, but now I'm all for it. Seems like Insomniac really put all they've learned into this, what could result a glorious outcome.
