Personally. I'd like to see all 3 WWS public faces on-stage, each of them revealing titles developed in their own regions.

Scott Rohde on SCEA's development scene, Micheal Denny on SCEE's development scene, and Yoshida closing out on the SCEJ development scene + biggest first-party announcement of the event.

That'd be fucking cool, really cool.

In terms of specifics, indies (Boyes' segment) or third-party stuff (Destiny, Assassin's Creed, FFXV or KH3 yaddy yada) aside, the remit would go (merely examples as such):

Rohde:

Uncharted PS4
The Order 1886
Cory's new game at Sony Santa Monica

Denny:

DriveClub
Media Molecule's new game
Guerrilla's new RPG IP
(Honorable mention: Quantic Dream's next game (won't be at E3, but I reckon it'll be gamescom))

Yoshida (they could wheel out their Japanese WWS head if he speaks capable English, but otherwise, good call on Yoshida):

Barlog's only been working on his 'supah sekret sauce' for a few months at best.

The only way he's ever going to be part of this E3 was if he landed on his concept immediately, and Sony took that to make a lame-ass CGi concept trailer.

Which is highly doubtful. Next E3 maybe.

Sony Japan Studio bringing the games - The Last Guardian would be enough if we assume they are also showing Beasty Souls.
