New page; for people with 50ppp
Even I, who hate pac-man, am not going to flip my shit if he makes it in. It won't make the game any worse if a character I hate makes it in.
It does?!
Likewise. This is the only character that im really against as well. The only anti-character I have is K.Rool.
But if he makes it in (he won't, you people are goddamn lunatics), then I'll live.

For me, Bayonetta and Waluigi.
No worries, K Rool is more likely not to be in the game.
pretty much my reaction with villager, the only downside to me in such situations is that it could have been another character more appealing to me, oh well, just give me Lucina already

Yeah, I don't get it when people complain about the pics being "boring" or "filler". I can't think of any other developer that keeps this consistent of a rapport going with the fan base, and the thing is, it really doesn't help advertise the game anyway - all of us were already going to buy it, so the daily pics are just for the benefit of the existing audience, preaching to the choir, if you will.
It's fun to check in every day to see the new pics, and when it's something new and extra exciting, that's just a bonus. Keep it up Sakurai.
Top 5 reasons the current format destroys the brawl dojo
5. We got shots immediately after E3, no long wait.
4.The newcomer trailers make newcomer reveals far more rewarding than the brawl dojo updates. Also; The lack of random dojo newcomers makes people not go
"IT'S NOTHING" over new items and other cool "minor" updates.
I know we still get it over gameplay stuff, but during the brawl dojo I remember even totally new items getting that treatment
3. The Brawl dojo's update rate spoiled nearly everything worthwhile ages before brawl released.
2. The screenshots are actually big enough for us to see how the game actually looks, flaws included. Brawl's dojo had tiny ass shots that made the game look a ton smoother than it actually was.
1. That Nintendo Direct with a smash focus was far more rewarding than essentially the entire Brawl djo in terms of content and actual gameplay footage of the content.
I could probably think of more if necessary.
Flipping though some of the old Dojo thread, and it made me realize just how much more accepting of Pokemon people have gotten. We do have the occasional argument about there being "too many Pokemon," but I don't think I've ever seen people post shit like this in our threads:

Prince Peasley should be an assist trophy.
Once you summoned him, he would take his time and nudged his hairs to cause the white out. Like this,

GAF was a weird place back in the Brawl days. There's lots of angst and smarminess in those old threads, and people had the worst character predictions and expectations. Was everyone a teenager back then?

Probably (I was never here until 2013 so I can't say with any degree of certainty.) less strict moderation and Brawl's lofty pre-release material making people have high expectations.

I'm sure grabbing random posts from 2007 or whatever seemed like a good idea to you, but as it happens, I still post here. I no longer think Pokemon is a problem for Nintendo because the company has much bigger problems.
Can you search to see who quoted you? Is that how you knew you were quoted, or did you randomly pop in and see?
Yes, you can just go to any thread, hit the search button, put your username in and see who quoted you.
I remember arguing on other places that Bomberman should be in Brawl.
Not sure what I was thinking.

I mean like, across all of gaf? Do i have to go to each thread and see?

I think this version should clear up any confusion.
I'm new to Neogaf, can I please be welcome with a prayer of the safe return of the best lord ever in a Fire Emblem game, Ike.
cue that's not how you spell ____ joke
Seriously tho what's Ike's chances?
The comment was more made towards really hoping that there are at least a few more newcomers beyond what the Gematsu two leaks have and hoping that said possible conventional characters aren't disconfirmed. You'll be surprised to know that part of the reason why I looked so much into the RosalinaX leak was because I once did believe that, for a very short time, the information was likely real (it was due to pessimism than anyway). Me and a few friends came together wanting to know the final roster and though that by answering a couple of technical questions (not if X character was in); those being when RosalinaX obtained the source and what "it could change" means in regards to forty-eight characters, that we would get closer to predicting the final roster. Turns out that when RosalinaX did respond to one of my friend (who sent the message and did so in a very polite way), RosalinaX kept throwing up us for a loop. Staying with our pessimism, we kept believing that RosalinaX was just responding in an unconventional. We asked our technical questions once and RosalinaX dodged it by giving us unrelated information to custom team colors and patches with stuff like character stats (or something like that). Then we asked more directly and this time, RosalinaX did not even respond (yet he still visits and comments on the Mario Kart Wii forum).
After looking at what another team had to say about RosalinaX as well as getting CAW Evolution to verify him (he said that he tried contacting him months ago, but RosalinaX didn't even respond; also said RosalinaX got his information out of Skype (what?)), I concluded that RosalinaX was almost certainly either lying for his fifteen minute of fame or was played like a fiddle. The only reason why I'm not writing it to destroy his reputation is because of the possibility of the latter scenario happens. It's more to put the RosalinaX leak down the ditch it belongs anyway.Considering that Nintendo has been emphasizing more on DLC lately, I would not be surprised (especially if Mario Kart 8 gets DLC as well). I mean, they've already done a good job handling the Mario Golf: World Tour DLC (the content almost double with DLC IIRC and at a cheaper price, although I don't know why Rosalina is DLC) and I will admit I complained about it too prematurely.

Bwahaha, good job as always
Why was Pokemon a problem for Nintendo again?
