Same feeling as you bro. I played on Chaos though.

I'm the only one that got hungry while eating the awesome looking stuff in Muramasa? My god, the sure looked tasty XD

Oh yes, I forgot to mention that! Really nice touch to have a fine selection of dishes from the Japanese gastronomy, I tried quit a bit of them and also bought a couple of recipes in some villages. I'm not sure if I could handle Chaos, I'm not really good at these sorts of games but I simply loved Muramasa. ;)

On another note, can anyone tell me if the Sly Trilogy on the Vita have the same trophies that the PS3 version? Because I only finished the first Sly on the PS3 when I had the console. Thanks in advance!

Cambridge working on a PS4 game. I don't know what to feel :(

Concerned because I don't know how Sony's advertising team are going to handle all of the company's studios making games for one platform. They won't even get token "Well, I guess we should cover that platform" support.

I really don't want to be forced in to a 2 hour session every time I want to play. It really hurts the replay factor. Once you get good at that game the length of sessions are ridiculous.
I totally feel you on this. Not on TxK, but on Super Stardust and Super Stardust Delta, the REAL ONE AND ONLY SSD
:P
But seriously. Some of the score I set in there, like you said, to try and beat them, it would require at least an hour or two, or three to get there. You try anyway...but then something distracts you or something stupid, and then you make one tiny mistake, followed by another, and then another and then "SCREW IT IM RESTARTING." Ugh. It doesn't keep me away from the games, and I know I'll try again one day. I know you will too, one day. That mood just has to strike you. Last I checked I am still the king on all my Vita's friend lists on SSD :D
was there a PS+ discount for Cel Damage HD?
Yea, when it came out. I think it was a week or two ago :( I missed it as well. It dropped the price a buck or two, wasn't too big of a sale.
I want Volgarr the Viking on Vita too. :(
Ho-leee SHIT you speak the truth. I found out about this game a few months back, and I would lvoe to have this brutally awesome game on my Vita. So much classic arcade feels from it. Plus new age style of gaming that perfectly seems to blend it all together. MUST. HAVE.

No idea about PS3, too lazy to get up and check. But I assume so if they have done Vita.

No sloth damsel, no new trophies.

I wonder if they fixed any of the chop in the rushing water/yeti levels.

Sloth damsel is in. You have to select the dog like 20+ times (just spam X once you select dog in options) and it will change to sloth eventually. Not sure if permanent or anything, never played PC version with sloth. Really glad about no knew trophies, there are some steam achievements that are really terrible to get, such as finish the game without picking up any money the whole game.

Also, funny story, but the choppiness on some levels actually saved my first ever successful hell run. Finally killed yama and went to exit, but there were two bats on top I didn't see. Thanks to slowdown I was able to react in time. That said, I wouldn't mind if they fixed it, but it is pretty infrequent that levels with slowdown pop up so it isn't a deal breaker for me.

I bought Eye of Judgement Legends and just realized I can't get the dlc without transferring it over from a ps3. Is it still good with just the base cards?

Just bought Kenka Bancho as it was on sale for $5... I don't really know what to expect. Did I waste 5 bucks? I bought it almost only because I saw a screenshot of an enemy in a banana suit...

Kenka Bancho is a badass game. You wont regret it. Its an open world beat em up where you go around fucking up bullies. All around funny game and the combat has good amount of depth. Its definately a hidden gem on psp and for $5 its too good of a deal.

I'm not that great into those games either and I didn't have that much problem. You can just switch from Legend to Chaos and viceversa on the Setting tab whenever you want so it isn't a big deal if you can deal with it :)

Calm down

It's different.

IIRC all Sly Vita games have a different trophy set from the PS3.
What have you done?

Ugh, I was hoping Sony would have had at least Guerrilla Cambridge and Bend working on Vita games. Are none of their first parties making Vita games?

I just finished Muramasa Rebirth on the Vita and my first thought was: Why did it took me so much to play this game? I absolutely loved it my good fellow GAFfers!

Visuals are really nice, varied and relaxing. Took me about 7-ish hours to finish it once because I found myself staring at wind dancing with the leafs or watching those vibrant colours when the sun was going away. The music was also good, specially the one from the "Start Menu" screen. I finished the game on Normal difficulty, without looking to get trophies, just plain fun and I'm very happy for having the chance to play this game. Highly recommend it and, again, I feel ashamed it took me so long to play this. I bow in shame to my VITA-BROS.

I plan on replaying the game at a later date with the other character but right now it's time to move to another Vita game and that will be God of War 1. :)

Just this evening I was thinking: I need something new to play on my Vita (tried to play both Gravity Rush and Rayman Origins but didn't really enjoy any of them and went on a mad Dark Souls streak on my pc instead).

I'll try Muramasa next time, it's installed and everything :)

Outside of Japan no. And really why should they be? Sales don't justify that kind of cost, its been a lost cause for a while. Just look at the sales Tearaway got.

I thought it was performing relatively decent in Europe. Is it really that dire outside of Japan? In any case, I'm not expecting a line up of AAA titles, but some mid-tier/low budget games would be nice. I guess something similar to Tearaway, but with more marketing so it sells decently.

Pretty sad about this too.

I guess we could still count on SCEJ.

Yeah, glad SECJ is still doing something.

WHY DID YOU CHANGE YOUR AVATAR?

WHY DID YOU CHANGE YOUR AVATAR?

Yep. Now if only they could localize Oreshika.

Figured I needed a new look after the beanie one. It's the same girl though so I had no problems changing my avatar. Besides, I prefer girls with glasses. <3

There's potentially that Gravity Rush followup and uh ... yeah, that's it. Everything else is outsourced to a studio that isn't Sony's problem. As I said earlier, good luck Sony's marketing team.

Tearaway was never going to be a big seller; it's simply doesn't have mass market appeal.

As for why they should be - it's chicken and the egg syndrome. No one's buying the system because they're no games that they want to play on it (relative quality vs. quantity). And unless Sony ponies up and starts spending money on producing well made games with a broad appeal, that won't change. The vast majority of people aren't going to buy a system with the hope that 'AAA' titles might eventually be released for it; they'll buy once those titles are already there.

So long as Sony continues to have a defeatist mentality with regards to the vita, then that's all they're going to get. They have to take the initiative and the responsibility; it's their system.

And yes, I know, they're not going to do any of that. Seems obvious Sony's content to leave the vita as a niche product releasing a few ports of PS2/PS3 games, lots of indies and a few localizations of Japanese games a year. It's sad waste of a system, as far as I see.

Same situation as you. I loved the game but I move on for now to another game.
Now if only I could win a Vanillaware artwork.
I only want a Kaneko from Atlus artwork. Looks weird and beautiful at the same time.

Ok... I have to get this off my chest. I bought assassin's creed liberation because it was cheap as shit on the psn and...

So far... I'm...

...

Enjoying it...

What's wrong with me?

Just picked up a PS4 for $299 on Amazon. $100 off when you sign up for their credit card? Yes please.

Bought it, paid it off immediately. Shipped it to my mother in Illinois to save on tax.

Thanks for the free $100!

Nothing's wrong with you. Liberation isn't bad. And we all have different taste.

Perhaps you're having fun because you bought it on sale and not at full price?

Who cares, if you enjoy it you enjoy it.

I enjoy games that are vastly lamented by a lot of people

Only exception to this is flandy as he is not allowed to enjoy or like anything
