Probably just a combination of being handed millions of dollars, being famous, for doing basically nothing. I mean aren't his sisters at least into fashion or all kinds of shit. What does he do?

But you're right, he has enough money and a comfortable lifestyle where he could easily drop the weight and get in shape. Get the best trainers, visit the best facilities, have some top chef cook you amazing and healthy food etc.
