I wouldn't be surprised if games wanted more threads/cores going into the future, but I'd hate to have us get screwed there when Intel's being slow on their feet and AMD's offerings are kind of weak. One of those two addressed would be better, though it'd probably still feel sort of silly if the i5 2500k is far more capable than the console CPUs, especially as I doubt it matters as much as going multicore in the first place. At any rate the fact the 560 ti on paper compares favorably with the consoles is part of why I preferred going with that for now, it'll be a good baseline until new, preferably cheap computer hardware can curbstomp consoles like the 8800/9800gt did.
... And yeah, I want to know how good it is to goof around in the city. Hacking abilities could make that a lot of fun, but if it's too costly, crowds aren't as interesting to mess with as I want, or it's too easy to get ganked while screwing around that could kill the fun easily.
