Believe or not Gief and Hawk out pokes Adon's s.HK. Adon vs Grapper require more than just spacing a correct s.HK for the entirety of the round due to trades not being in Adon's favor, at some point Adon is going to have to go in on the grappler. With the only exception being that one time Jwonggg used Adon against Snake Eyez's Gief.

Also, I've had some really smooth matches, but the laggy ones are a different kind of lag compared to GFWL. It seems to be a lot more isolated rather than being laggy through the whole match.

Well, AE on PC is completely unplayable for me now.
I had three matches:
1. Just extremely laggy, like playing someone from another continent, eventhough we've played often and it was fine.
2. "Waiting for other player" message like twice every second, it took about 30 seconds for the "3, 2, 1" countdown, the other guy left soon after.
3. The match itself was fluid, but the amount of input lag was crazy, felt like half a second. And he played Sagat so I ran into every fireball. That was the only match I actually finished.
So, I'm like the #7 Dudley in Europe right now, because nobody can even start and/or finish a match. Great stuff.
edit: Oh and the mic thing is unbearable. Do I have to mute everybody manually now?

Played a few Ranked matches. Verdict: Not experiencing any of the problems others are. Still online SF4 tho.

Yep. We got the tickets and registration done. He's staying with Beef at the hotel. I'm looking into getting him a powered wheelchair so he's able to get around by himself more easily as well.
We might need a little more to help out food and you know... big booty lap dances.

Okay, the worst thing about the new update is either the wonky connection issues or the fact you get to hear people moaning when you hit them with stuff if you forget to mute them.
The best thing about the new update is hearing people moan when you hit them with stuff, or being able to name yourself whatever you want:
It doesn't support certain characters (no look of disapproval face!) but I am going to have way too much fun thinking up stupid names to give myself. It was what kept me playing Dota 2 for six months (I played KotL and named myself put_sagat_in_DOTA, then shouted TIGER SHOT in public chat when I let off a full blast of illumination. I loved doing that to unsuspecting people. Especially people who were jungling.)

Trolling with names is going to be *amazing*. And you can rename quickly between matches if you return to the main menu.
It is a shame I won't be able to enjoy all this screwing around until the update for PC comes out in August

so even though i have the mic on "off" the game still hijacks my mic and keeps it on. and the announcer voice overrides everything even when turned all the way down. and lots of disconnects halfway through the match, the connection bars don't load, and it takes 5 seconds to join someone's room in ranked/endless. greaaaaat.

Could be worse as in K.I, due to cloud saves, peoples rank has been reset multiple times.
You can do the same in Street Fighter 4 3DS. I beat someone online, I found them again because they changed their name to "BBCody is scrub". PROPER LULZ.
*Remember, this is a game with walk forward flash kick.

I haven't read the last couple of pages. What are these supposed problems people are having with the Steam version of AE?
I also did that benchmark thing, and apparently I have an A ranking. It's still online play though, and my laptop is on wireless, but things have been moderately smooth. Can't tell the difference between this and the PS3, but then again I use a grappler. *shrug*

Yeah it's pretty much unplayable.
Hopefully they have a big patch in the works for when Ultra hits on PC.
Luckily, its on steam and should be easy to patch/update until its in better shape.

MK is a proven name though and most of those were made with MS money to some degree on top of being unestablished/niche or something. You have the quirky Dead Rising 3 (not a huge seller but does very well considering), "from the makers of CoD 4" Titanfall (but still unproven), the technical marvel Ryse, the niche (?) Crimson Dragon, the small-ish Lococycle, and Zoo Tycoon. Only listed games already out for Xbox One BTW.
Am I missing anything with my list? There are some that you can argue could be/are as big as MK from what I listed but these games/franchises, for the most part, aren't huge.

I sucked six dicks to get this tag.
Truth. Knew there was gonna be bugs and problems with the conversion but not this bad. I might as well just go back to playing on PS3 again at this point. Ultra is coming out next week anyways.
Mines patching now. Maybe they fixed stuff.
Also, a friend of mine got his copy through the GFW Marketplace, which shut down back in August, and it wont let him access the market client on in order to get his key. Is he completely boned as far as activating his copy on Steam?
If it's any consolation, I got trounced by a Hawk a few matches later.
It didn't fix much. Lag is still there, plus the audio issues.
