Batman Arkham Knight delayed to 2015

I'm alright with this. Barely interested in a new Arkham game having spent just a couple of hours with Origins and abandonning it for the foreseeable future.

Sucks for the people that were looking forward to this though, but it leaves some breathing room for that stacked October month.

That's it; unless there are some megatons at E3 we might as well cancel gaming in 2014. Who else wants to catch up on their backlog this year instead?! Oh well, at least I should have a PS4 by then.

*Not including the indie games I'm interested in.

It would be pretty silly of them to release it on the same month as Shadow of Mordor. Not to mention that October is already full of other big releases. Sounds like a smart move

Kinda glad. I've always hated the must-have-the-game-on-the-shelf-for-the-holidays mentality. Slow, slow, slow, slow, EVERYTHING AT ONCE!

What big games do we still have this fall?

Destiny
Evolve
Shadows of Modor
Dragon Age Inquisition
Assassin's Creed 2014
Call of Duty 2014
Far Cry 4 (really hoping this one actually makes November)
Alien Isolation
Battlefield whatever it's called

So, I was pretty surprised when they originally said 2014, now I feel somewhat let down because I chose to believe them.

I'm fine with this, October is already packed.

I honestly expect Shadows of Modor & Dragon Age to slip as well. (At lest not making October)

I guess this is why the industry is so secretive when it comes to announcing game. Never know when your recently announced project will get pushed back a year.

As a PC gamer, the last games left this fall I'm excited for are Destiny (not coming to PC), Next Gen NHL (Not coming to PC) and Assassin's Creed (PC version will probably be utter shit).

Great time to be a member of the PC Master Race :(

At least I still have smash bros for 2014...right?

Welp, in my case it'll be Smash, Bayo 2 and X (if it comes out this year) that will scratch my gaming itches for 2014, it seems.

Dragon Age too, if it doesn't get delayed as well.

Take as long as you need Rocksteady, but really announcing 2014 only a few months back was a little silly especially when rumors of delay kicked in only 4+ weeks after that announcement.

There is a solution to this problem, a very obvious one.

bleep bleep bleeping bleep. My 2 most wanted games this fall pushed back to 2015 now. That leaves me playing Diablo 3 RoS , EA UFC and NHL 15 for the rest of the year. This really really sucks kind of regretting my PS4 purchase now.

Well then, it looks like the wiiU might have the best releases of 2014 after all. Who would have guessed that?
Of course it does....

Come on E3, give us the 2014 goods!
With this current model everything announced at this E3 won't be out until 2016/2017.

If you're into RPG's you'll be served on pc.

kind of saw this one coming
jeff gerstmann pretty much pointed all these 2015 slips out on the bombcast a couple weeks ago

I'm not surprised. We already have enough games for this year so I think we can live with that.

I think most people are bothered not only that it's a respectable series by GAF standards, but that it's one of the only current gen third part titles set for this year.

And I Just posted yesterday that the only way I'd not be disappointed with e3 this year was with Arkham Knight coming this year.

Oh well, here's hoping that it will be an early releasy next year.

Wii U is suddenly seeming so attractive.
