Good point, unless they're bunching both games together as one game, but are only demoing the wii u one. Doubtful, but it sounds like there will be a demo for both. Good news.

I was kinda hoping they'd just sprinkle Smash in everywhere during E3. Beginning, middle, end, treehouse, roundtable, tournament. You can't go wrong with Smash.
Looks like my account got verified just in time for E3. Anyways, some hopes and dreams for next week:
-WiiU exclusive mode will be revealed. It will make use of the customizable movesets seen in the direct in something that will resemble Soul Caliber 2's weapon master mode, doing matches and tackling labyrinths with special conditions or rules (coin matches, A button only, stamina, etc.).
-2 new veterans revealed with 1 or 2 newcomers.
-3DS game will release in late July or mid-August.
-Online matches can be set up via tournaments or communities kind of like how Mario Kart 7 and 8 do it.
-Sakurai will make NFC trophies rain from the sky.

I wonder what the lines will be like.
Crazy at some points in the day, somewhat dead at others. Show up at like 8 am on a thursday and it should be really short.
It'd be cool if they were able to connect several of their other announcements to a Smash related one. Like 'oh, check out this new X trailer. after you enjoy that, look at how playable Shulk is in the Smash'. They could have a Zelda new comer and ... uh, that should pretty much cover the stuff they have to talk about.

Your first bullet point sounds awesome and plausible. It could be a single player extrapolation of Special Brawl but with a more robust set of customizable options aalong with custom movesets and win conditions and of course it could be co-op and versus too.
Your second one seems likely but I think they will match last e3 and reveal 3 newcomers and a few veterans.
July release is a pipedream if you ask me, but I would love to have to wait less.
Please please have an integrated mk8 tourney mode and Smash bros. TV... PLEASE

Introducing F Zero UX, take a look at how playable black shadow is in the smash bros. He's a clone of ganondorf. We've introduced the metagame of clones in smash bros. for wiiu & 3ds.

I'd love for a smash reveal video at E3 to just be a combat clusterfuck where rather than fighting for the Smash Ball, the characters are - in spirit - fighting to be on the Newcomer splash screen. Like, Samus is on Pyrosphere only to get attacked by Ridley, but before the splash he's hit by an ice attack, pan over to Anthony Higgs who questioningly shakes his head only to reveal the Ice Climbers did it, who are then promptly attacked by Ridley, etc. And the "winners" of each miniature gauntlet are finally graced with the CHARACTER "Describes a Pun!" splash screen.

What do you mean by dead? My schools very accepting and one of my friends is also a hardcore smasher so he's in the same predicament. I just know that Im gonna have smash on my mind throughout this whole graduation/prom season. Like how do I avoid going around saying "SO YOU HEARD THEY PUT RIDLEY IN! WHAT DO YOU THINK, PRETTY FUCKIN CRAZY RIGHT?!?!?!?!?!"

Just have the link to the Digital Event up before you go to graduation, and hit play or whatever as soon as it ends.
By "dead" he means your friends will be incredibly insulted, no matter what they say. Basically it would be an incredibly rude thing to do.
