They're not going to announce the cancellation at E3. If it's cancelled they'll wait a few weeks and then announce it.

True visionaries always manage to achieve their goals no matter what. When Sakaguchi said he wanted to make players cry with Cry-On, he meant it, and he succeeded even though the game never made it. Not to be upstaged, Ueda felt he needed to do everything within his power to make players feel true sadness. This was his plan all along.
