Sunset Overdrive looks like one of those games that leans too much on humor. It looks fun but I fear the novelty will wear off quick, leaving us with a rather shallow experience.

Dragon Age and Assassin's Creed Unity look the best to me so far. Evolve also looks interesting.

I honestly don't mind that there are a ton of COOPs being planned and released.. If the game is well made, they can be some of the most fun experiences..
