Yeah, if we *DO* get a mii trailer, I guess i'm ok w/ reggie being in it. Fils-a-mech is too... current, so that in 5+ years when we're rewatching smash 4 trailers for smash QOL hype we won't have to explain why reggie was wearing glasses to the newbies.

Pro Controller seems confirmed, going by info about the Smash-Fest demo along with some development pics. There's also this coming out.

Everything else is up in the air, but, considering what happened with Brawl and all, I wouldn't be surprised to see Sideways Wiimote, Wiimote+Nunchuck and Wii Classic Controller options too.

Initially, when the official art for this game was released I was actually a little disappointed that there was less detail. Now, I honestly couldn't be happier, it's a great aesthetic: Detailed, but not too cartoony, vibrant, etc. And the extra goodies/Visual flares when you land an attack and die and whatnot? Beautiful.

Maybe the change was so jarring at the time, but I can't believe I was initially disappointed.

For Sony, no, we won't survive. Nintendo, on the other hand, is during work hours for most people, so, like MS and EA, it'll probably only go down for the BIG stuff (like Zelda or Pokken).

Also, for what it's worth, I don't expect to see any new characters revealed unless Sakurai is just giving away the entire roster for hype purposes--which, personally, I don't think is very likely, given his penchant for secrecy and keeping people guessing. I would definitely expect to see something close to the final default roster, and I think we will absolutely be seeing a lot of familiar faces. Hopefully Ness and Lucas!
