After seeing previous gameplay clips I thought this trailer was for an HD version of the Wii game. Hopefully the actual game still looks as good as it previously did.

Not sure why everyone's crying downgrade. This is all cutscene stuff. The gameplay we saw in previous trailers hasn't suddenly been removed from the game..

i don't know how its possible to judge if it got a graphical downgrade

it's a really badly cut trailer where it's difficult to tell what's going on.

on top of that it's completely cutscenes and character models. not showing anything previously shown.

xenoblade is known to have ridiculously shitty character models. nothings changed on that front.

The character models are what turned me off the first game. It's disappointing that they are still so bad. They look like models created via the character creator of a grindy Korean MMO or something.

I don't see how you can tell it was downgraded based on that story trailer. It didn't show any of the open world content which is all we had previously to go off of. The character models look the same as the "Shulk"-ish character in the original debut trailer.

I mean I guess it could be in the remade universe where the people of formerly of Bionis and Mechonis have spread out, but they mention Earth and stuff so maybe it takes place in the previous universe? But there are Nopons so... no? I don't know.

i got to agree with you guys after seeing that my excitement for the game literally disappeared but who knows maybe it wil be redeem..i just didn't like anything i saw the characters look visually terrible and wasn't so crazy about the voice acting either.
