EDIT: Guessing everybody we've seen at this point is a starter, going off that box art? Still weirded out we didn't see anymore vets, but I guess we have another four months to go until the 3DS game launches.

Even though I got Mega Man and Shulk and there are a lot of great choices something feels wrong. Lucas cut, Chrom feels like an obligation more than a good idea, no retro and the fact that including a bland looking character to represent rhythm heaven is an extreme level of hypocrisy on Sakurai's part. It's like a 5-star meal that has been farted on.

I had theorized they would do something like Nakoruru in the SS games. Dark Pit would still be just a color scheme but have different lines of dialog, and that would be it. Considering the other alternates we've seen, I'd say it's very likely.
Also Viridi is confirmed in some capacity from the trailer. Even if it's just for commentary, I'm excited. Also, while it was very likely, I'm just stoked they got the same VAs back.
Almost all of Palutena's moves seem to be based on these, kinda like how Zelda uses a bunch of magic that Link finds.

Except Mii Fighter isn't the name of any of the Miis. It's Mii Swordfighter, Mii Brawler, and Mii Gunner. If a leak had revealed the existence of three "classes" of Mii with customizable movesets, I 'd be more willing to believe it, but it didn't.
It's like saying "Pokemon X/Y" as a prediction and saying that was an accurate leak of Greninja. It is making a broad claim that is almost certain to be true, but doesn't actually rely on any particulars.
Anyways, I'm happy to see Palutena. She fights exactly how I predicted: she uses the powers from KI: Uprising. Considering that in-game they were being cast by her in the first place, it isn't surprising. I'm just wondering how she is using so many. The only other character with that many crazy moves is Megaman.

To be entirely fair, at least it fits Palutena's character. Unlike all the needless ZSS fanservice.I'm talking about this.
We don't need more of this shit in games.
I'm betting we get one more newcomer reveal after the Invitational tonight. I strongly think that Sakurai will take the stage to challenge the winner of the tournament and he will use either his Mii or a brand new newcomer.
If it's an alt costume, then no problem. I'm worried he becomes a whole separate character. Which is something I would put past Samurai.

I think it's more logical to assume her model changed slightly (we've already seen this with elements such as DK's face now compared to last year) than a fan-made model looking 99% like what we're seeing now six months later.
