Not at all. ZSS fanservice is just interpretation. This is blatant. That butt scene was so unnecessary. It can be argued that the necklace was the focus in the other part, but there was no other purpose for the butt scene.

It might have been "just interpretation", but then her "improved" blaster stance was revealed. Not only does the stance make zero sense, but it's blatantly made for fanservice and isn't something Samus would ever do.

Palutena, on the other hand, is constantly cheeky and teasing people - her making a deliberately-sexy pose at a camera fits her character to a T. Complaining about her relatively-tame posing is every bit as absurd as complaining about, say, Bayonetta being deliberately sexy.

Yeah, speaking solely in terms of keeping true to the games they're from (staying out of this fanservice debate), this really isn't all that out there for what we see from Palutena in Uprising or the animated shorts. Tn'A Samus flies way more in the face of Metroid's style.

It makes sense for Bayonetta because she is a parody of everything wrong with thsi kind of stuff. I'm not even going to go into a ZSS rant, as I could probably write an essay on why I hate that design if given enough time.

I love how one of the thinks that went through their head when it came to revealing a new female fight was making sure they showed off her ass and tits. Gaming is a straight boys club, and that has to stop.

It's shameless fanservice, but it's not honestly not that bad.

Sakurai treats her with respect, and that's all that matters.

Parody is a good way to describe Bayonetta but she seems her fanservicey posing seems to be both literal and satire. It reminds me of horror movies that mock horror conventions, like Piranha 3D, that come up with contrived ways to show gratuitous nudity for a laugh while also going "Hey look! Tits!"

ZSS is Alexis Texas levels of T&A the likes of which has just barely been neared by oft-brought-up-with-very-little-thought five second still images at the ass end of campaigns met with full completion, and that's how she looks all the time in this one

She's wearing a skin-tight suit. Her breast size is about the same as Brawl, it is just now more apparent now that it isn't that stupid individual socket thing like it was in Brawl.

I think her ass size being increased is completely stupid.

I don't see how the paralyze gun stance is fanservice at all. It is looking into it as something it isn't which is why I said "just interpretation".

Go ahead, you would see countless "TeamFake" people say that they think Palutena is in, but the image is fake.

I already said I think this is a draw considering that it is impossible to say either way since the model has been changed.
