Probably not, Sakurai said something about not revealing certain things until after release in the digital event.

Unlockable characters are a pain for tournaments but its been pretty obvious for a while, at least to me, that casual fans of fighting games (be they Smash or other IPs) LOVE character unlockables. I'm not shocked to hear they are staying here.

Yeah she looks almost as diverse as Mega Man.

I played the first Kid Icarus on NES, but not the 3DS game. Either way, Palutena is a super dynamic character that is an absolute no brainer addition. I welcome her to the cast.
